Brandon's POV
I was on FaceTime with Edwin. Nick was out of the house because he had to go somewhere so i decided to call Edwin.
"My body hurts" Edwin groaned
"Maybe if you used protection then you wouldn't be in pain" I said
"I don't need that type of that attitude" Edwin snapped
I started to think about something else while he talked
"It's your fault for not being responsible" I scrunched up my face
"Brandon shut up. Having this baby might be the best thing that's happening to me" Edwin said
"Did you think of a baby name" I asked
"Yea...if it's a girl then Ashanti or Queen. If it's a boy then Jayden or Sage" Edwin said
"Ok I see!" I yelled
Edwin laughed
"When's the appointment" I asked
"I don't know let me check. oh shit! It's today" Edwin yelled
"Today what do you mean by today?!?" I asked
"It means today is the day that I have the appointment" edwin snapped
"What time" I asked
"11:30" Edwin said
I looked at the clock and it was 11:02. I sighed
"Ed, be ready" I said
"alright" he sighed
I hung up and started to get ready. After I got ready, I put on my shoes then grabbed my keys. I walked out of the house and locked the door behind me.
I drove to Edwin's house and texted him that I was outside. He came outside and shut the door behind him. He got into the passenger seat and I started to drive off.
"Bee, I'm nervous" Edwin breathed out
"Don't worry, I'll be there by your side" I said
"I know" Edwin said
"Where's Zion anyways? Isn't he suppose to be here?" I asked
"Yea but he had to help Nick with something" Edwin sighed
"Nick always disappearing" I said
"How so?" Edwin asked
"Like one day, he'll be home for a couple of minutes then he leaves. I don't think that's how you're suppose to treat a sugar baby" I said
"It's not but, he probably is really planning something big" Edwin said
"That don't make you come home till the next day" I snapped
"Well damn, you ain't had to be harsh" Edwin joked
"Sorry Ed, it's just that he always does that shit" I said
"If he keep doing it, leave him!" Edwin clapped his hands
"How? Nick could find me anywhere I go. He always have people watching to make sure I'm protected. I'm pretty sure one of them will snitch on me" I explained
"Damn, that's tough" Edwin sighed
We made it to the doctor's then we walked inside. We signed in then waited in the living room.
"Bee let's go" Edwin said
"Go where?" I asked
"Anywhere" Edwin said
"I'm pretty sure anywhere is not a place" I said
Edwin slapped me on the back of my head
"Ow!" I yelled
"That's what you get for saying slick and stupid ass comments" Edwin snapped
"I feel bad for your kid" I said
"Why?" Edwin asked
"Because you're mean and abusive" I reasoned
"First off, that's a lie. Second of all, if they some stupid shit then of course they getting yelled at" Edwin said
"Alright. Don't make them run to my house talking about, 'Mama hit me' " I said
"Fuck you Brandon" Edwin said
"Never" I said
He slapped in the back of my head again.
"Stop doing that shit!" I yelled
"Stop being slick out of yo mouth" Edwin snapped
I sighed. The lady called Edwin then we got up. We walked inside the room while Edwin lay on the chair.
"Ok Mr.Honoret, lets see what's going on in there" The nurse said
"This might be cold" She warned
She put gel on top of Edwin and he jolted.
"Dang that's cold" Edwin sighed
"Yea, my patients tell me that all the time" She laughed
She put grabbed a monitor and put it over Edwin's stomach.
"Okay Mr.Honoret, looks like you're baby is healthy, it's in good condition, no sign of any miscarriage" the nurse explained
She lifted the monitor thing off of Edwin then she started to type away on her computer.
"So you'll be expecting your gender reveal in three weeks" The nurse said
"Thank you" Edwin said
She smiled then I helped Edwin down from the chair.
We walked out then walked to the car. We got in then I started to drive back to Edwin's house.
"Are you ready for this gender reveal" I asked
"No...not at all" Edwin said
"Well you have me by your side" I said
"You already said that" Edwin sighed
"I know...I just want to remind you" I said
"Okay best friend" Edwin laughed
We made it back to Edwin's house then he got out of the car. I rolled down the window.
"Bye Eddie!" I yelled
"Bye Bee" Edwin laughed then he got inside
I smiled the drove off.
