(Katerina and Vlad)

I turned myself into a bat and flew out. I found my children in the village. I turned back and picked them up.

"Don't run away like that, don't you understand that I get worried?" I asked. "We're sorry, father!" said Kat. "It's okay!" I replied. "We won't do it again!" said Vlad. "That's good!" I replied.

People were looking at us and they were whispering things. A woman was giving me a glance or hate.

"Come children, we're not welcome here!" I said. "Is it because you're a vampire?" he asked. "Yes!" I said. We returned back to the castle.

***

Katerina and Vlad was in the bath. They blew bubbles at me. I smiled softly at them.

"I love you, father!" said Katerina. "Love you too!" I replied. They yawned sleepy

I carried them to their rooms and put them to bed. I read a bedtime story for my children.

"Good night!" said Kat and Vlad. "Good night my sweethearts, dream sweet dreams!" I replied.

They closed his eyes and fell asleep. I placed a kiss on their foreheads and walked out of the room.

-End of the flashback-
