Third Person's POV
Shinsou ended up carrying most of the heavy books as y/n carried the papers and dictionaries, making it look way harder than it was as she gripped onto them for dear life as if they were all slipping, her arms outstretched and fingers desperately fanned out in an attempt to cover the whole pile.
Once they safely reached the classroom, she placed the papers onto the teacher's desk as she smiled at the purple-haired boy. "Here, I'll help you put them on the desks." She offered. He handed her a few books at a time, to prevent any accidents. They finished placing them in a couple of minutes. "Thanks for helping me." She smiled again, fragility even in her tone of voice. "It's fine," He said back, sat on a desktop, "your the one who sits by themselves in the lunch hall, aren't you? Y/n?"
She sighed sadly.
"Nobody really wants to sit with me. They're scared I'll spill something or accidentally embarrass them, and I probably will."
"Your just a klutz." Shinsou said, annoyed. "That's no reason not to like someone."
He looked down, a sad expression plastered on his usually blank face. She knew what he was hinting.
She hopped down from the teacher's desk and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Don't think that about yourself that way to make me feel better," she had an empathetic look in her eyes, "just because people have put you down because of your quirk being so-called villainous means nothing."
"Thanks." He smiled for the first time on that day, and maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all.

Third Person's POV
Y/n was sat at the back of the classroom, writing down notes. Shinsou looked at her, and noticed that she stuck her tongue out when she was focused. He chuckled and faced forwards again.
The bell rang moments later, and the class packed their things up quickly. Once everyone left the classroom, Y/n plugged earphones in her ear and walked through the halls, to the back of the school to finish off some homework she forgot to complete that was due next lesson. Shinsou noticed a group of boys following her. He didn't like the way this was going, so he stalked behind them.
They reached the back of the school, where the group of boys called out to her. Turning around, one of the kids quirks wrapped her in wires as they walked closer to her. His quirk allowed him to manipulate wires, so he carries like 17 charging wires with him.
"Let go of me!" She struggled.
"Let me gooo~" the biggest boy mocked her.
Shinsou felt his hands clench into fists as he contemplated going to help.
She sighed and a new expression washed over her. This one wasn't her usual cheerful or anxious expression, but one that hosted coldness and threat.
"I repeat." She growled, "Let me go."
They laughed again.
"Make us."
She sighed again, and Shinsou was about to snap.
She flexed her trapped hand, and a glassy pole formed in her grip, as glass shards broke out of her body.
They tore through the wires as she span the pole in her hand.
The four boys were silent for a second, before one of them said, "flashy. Just wait 'till she trips!"
They all sniggered at her.
Once they looked up, she was running at them, and tripped them with her pole as she returned to a guarding stance.
They landed in a painful position as their knees collapsed and cut on the ground as the glass dispersed on the floor.
The boy with the wire quirk was the first to move. He made his wires shoot for her, but she was too fast. She used her pole as a spring and jumped over the wires, flipping over it and landing, running the sharp end of the pole along the floor, slicing them in half.
She didn't trip or stumble once.
"Fuck..." one of the others cursed, not able to move his legs out of shock.
She landed infront of them, aiming her pole at their 'boss'.
"Never speak to me again." She said coldly.
They all got up and staggered to the doors nearest and ran back into the building, all but one.
He punched his fists together and caused the ground to shake.
"You're not getting rid of me that easily." He jeered.
She gripped her pole.
"Hey." A voice called from behind them.
Shinsou was walking toward them.
"What do you want vill-" he began, but stopped suddenly and froze.
"Deactivate your quirk and go inside." Shinsou calmly spoke.

Y/n's POV
What is he doing here?!
He's going to get hurt!
"Deactivate your quirk and go inside."
The boy walked away...he walked away!?
"Eh?" I was so confused.
I let my pole disintegrate, the glass shards that I emitted were sucked back into my skin. I winced as it pierced my skin slightly.
I then returned to my off-balanced and inward-facing knee stance.
"Are you okay?" He looked genuinely worried.
"I-I'm fine..." I was still puzzled.
I took a step forwards but tripped and fell onto him.
He caught me and laughed lightly.
My head was on his chest and I looked up.
"Back to your usual self right?" He chuckled, looking down to me.
I huffed and stood back up properly.
"It's my quirk." I said quietly.
His face perked up, interested.
"It's embarrassing..." I continued.
"My body hosts silicon, which I can use to make into glass, so I use it to make my weapon. But when my pole isn't out then I become like glass, fragile and delicate. That's why I'm not clumsy when my quirk is activated."
He sat quietly and listened to my every word.
"It's really hard to complete daily tasks, and it's not a good quality to have when you aspire to become a hero."
I sat down opposite to him, my shoulders loose and my head hung low.
"Why don't you always keep your pole out?" He asked.
I thought he'd ask this.
"If I keep it out for long amounts of time, my body slowly turns into glass. It's starts with my legs, then builds up. The reason I gave off glass shards was because I hadn't used my quirk in a while and the silicon wasn't reacting to the oxygen right."
I rubbed my arms, they had quite a few cuts now. I sighed and opened my bag.
"I carry around loads of plasters."
I opened a plastic box, revealing bandages, pastel-coloured plasters, a tube of iodine and antiseptic.
"Uhhhh...c-could you help me clean the cuts?"
Ughhhh why did I stutter?!
He'll probably refuse and-
"Sure, where do you want me to start?"
