Shinsou's POV
I stayed with Yume for most of the morning. If Haruto's plan was going to work, he needed to know exactly what happened.
~
"So I cleaned up the last wound before she told me to turn around," I explained most of the story, sat in his floor while he laid down on his bed.
"Is that when she took her shirt off?" Yume asked.
"Y-yeah, I turned around though, she said she had cuts on her collarbone from her shards, so she cleaned them up and buttoned her shirt back up. We packed up her stuff and then started to walk to the school," I continued.
"I know the rest, Nezu told me. She finished her homework in the tree, I know what happened,"
"Did you know the part where she screamed goddamit?" I laughed.
He nodded and scoffed quietly.
"Can you tell me exactly what happened afterwards?" he questioned.
I started to repeat the details of the conversation we had in the tree and what happened.
I didn't realise but it took quite a long time to tell the whole story in detail.
"Any other details you need?" I asked.
He shook is head, "can I try..?" He pointed to my head.
"Sure,"
~
"C-could you turn around a second?" She was holding the top button of her shirt.
"I-I have a couple of c-cuts on my torso aswell..."
My faced instantly flushed red.
I looked away quickly and rubbed the back of my neck.
I heard fabric rustle and buttons pop.
~
Out of nowhere, she suddenly cried out, "Goddamit!"
I looked over at her.
"I forgot to do my homework!"
~
She looked over at a tree, it's branches drooping so the leaves acted like walls.
~
"Algebra sucks." She whined as she began filling in questions with surprising ease.
"You don't seem to be struggling with it." I remarked.
"It's just boring because it's easy." She replied.
~She finished relatively quickly, so we ended up happily conversing about all sorts of things, but there were these moments where we said nothing, just staring up at the tree's canopy.
"Hey Shin-" Y/N began, but was cut off by the sound of the bell.
I sighed, "I guess we have to go, but we can come back here at lunch if you want?"
She nodded happily, before hooking her bag over her shoulders and pushed the leaves out of the way. She cautiously and slowly made her way down the hill, me walking infront of her.
We reached the bottom, running to class so we wouldn't be late.
~My head ached, the memories clear in my head.
"That was almost perfect, but the hill had magenta flowers that dotted the grass, don't forget to leave that in too, so people know which one it is." I said, rubbing my temples.
"Y-yeah, ok... here, take one of these," he handed me a painkiller.
"Thanks," I swallowed it with a swig of water.
My phone dinged and I saw I got a text from y/n.
"Who is it?" He looked over my shoulder, and read the text.—
① New Text From Y/N ( ^ω^ )It's Kurasshu. I know his secret

〜〜I switched my phone off, and turned around to see Yume's terrified face.
"I-it can't g-get o-out....I-I-I-it can't..." he was muttering to himself.
I shook him and he looked up at me.
"We're not going to tell anyone, if it has anything to do with you, then we can't say anything. Y/N's stubborn so she won't tell anyone if she can help it."
He grabbed my arm.
"You don't understand...if we get rid of the rumour, his secret will spill!"
He looked like he was on the verge of tears.
Was it really that bad...and was he really that deep into this mess?
"It won't, we'll make sure of it," I said fervently.
He nodded and wiped his nose, still shaking. It wasn't normal how easily he agreed with others, and y/n must have noticed too. She probably confronted Kurasshu about it. She's lucky she didn't get thrown to kingdom come.
I shuffled back into the floor, where I heard a knock at the door, opening it seconds later came Aito. His room was next to Yume's so he probably heard his panic.
He rushed over to the bed, sitting in front of him and grasping his shoulders, "is it Kurasshu?"
"He told her." He whispered in a shaky voice.
Aito sighed and pulled his to his chest, cradling his smaller body and whispering meaningless words of comfort. He looked over to me and mouthed, "don't worry, this happens loads."
I thought of staying but they probably just needed to be alone, Yume seemed pretty shaken up. He seemed stoic and monotonous, but he was so fragile, and the way he just curled up to Aito, the way his emotions broke through so easily made him seem like a completely different person.
I waved to Aito, where he smiled and waved quickly back, after I shut the door and walked along the corridor a few doors down to my dorm room. I slid on my bed, remembering something I'd completely forgotten about before I even met y/n.
I laid on my bed, considering calling Haruto or y/n, but thought of someone who may be able to help with this. I
I've not spoken to him in a while, but I figured he'd be the best to help me understand everything.
~Oh hey, Shinsou! How's everything going? I didn't expect you to call me today.
Hey, Midoriya, sorry if it's inconvenient.
Nah, it's fine, what's up...have you heard about that weird rumour going around, it's pretty gross...
I know about it, don't remind me, but I have something to ask.
K sure, what is it?
You know someone called Yo Shindo?
Mhm, I met him at the provisional licence exam, he's...overwhelmingly...cheerful...
His cousin is in my class, he's the one who spread that rumour about me and that girl, y/n.
Oh... that's not a good thing to do...
I know, but I wanted to ask... his quirk is basically the exact same as Shindo's, it's...weird...
I heard his laugh nervously on the other line.
Really? That may be something to do with genes...
You showed me a picture of Yo, but they barely look alike...do you think they're related at all.?
I mean, do they have the same last name?
Yeah.
Then probably, and if their quirks are like each others, then they probably are related.
There's one more thing...his quirk seems to change every now and then, as if he's swapping his abilities. But through the weeks he changes drastically, he becomes weaker one minute, then the next week he's suddenly overpowered. It's doesn't seem natural.
There was a pause. I knew that he was writing in his bloody notebook again.
Do you have to document everything?
Ah! Sorry! I was just writing down notes, but you're right, if that's going on then maybe there's something to do with how he uses his quirk, this may just be a side effect. He doesn't use his quirk on the weekends right?
No, I know that for a fact, I'd know if he did.
Then maybe the weekends are his recharging times, maybe that's why he comes back stronger. He's only human, you know.
He was right, his quirk is different to mine, of course it's going to work differently.
Yeah, ok, thanks for that Midoriya.
No problem! About the rumour though...
It's not true!!!
Okay okay! I was just checking...what's her quirk?
I ended up explaining everything I could remember about y/n's quirk, sending him a picture, having to put up with his muttering for 3 minutes then telling him about her new skill and her tactics I'd picked up over the past days.
Cool! Maybe I can meet her some time, she sounds cool!
I'll see, thanks again, see you some time later. I'll leave you to draw her in your notebook or whatever you're doing.
It's helpful! Bye!
Bye.
~It'd been a while since I talked to him, but this helped loads. I didn't seem to realise I was tired until I melted into the warmth of my duvet, falling asleep almost instantly.
~
Hellooo, here's more crap that you weirdos seem to love, so thankyou sm for that (*≧∀≦*)
