People should be punished for committing crimes but how could you expect for anyone to regret and learn from their wrongdoing by simply removing them from society without providing any rehabilitation?

Rather to leave prisoners to stew in their anger and dissatisfaction only fosters contempt for society.
It's hard that people's heart aren't as soft as their brain.
People are shaped by their environment.
Placed in a round vessel become round.
Placed in a square vessel they become square.
