Chapter 3
Olivias POV

I started senior year about a month ago. So far I'm doing pretty good only got one B but it's so damn hard. Exams are hard. Essays are hard. Homework is hard.  And worst of all being lonely is so damn hard. It's all so much pressure. It's way too much for me to handle but I'm not gonna let people see that. Well, it's not like people see me anyways.

I wish I had a friend that could help me get through all of this. I hate being so negative and feeling so empty on the inside. The worst times are when I don't feel anything, I'm just lost. And God, I hate it. The only two people on this world that can get a smile on my face are Lucas and grandma Danielle.  Danielle is the person that makes me so happy I mean, yeah Lucas can too but he lives in London with his wife Catherine and she's pregnant so I don't think he's visiting anytime soon which sucks. It's honestly funny how differently Lucas and i' lives turned out.

Today is Tuesday and I just got up to get ready for school. I put all of my books in my bag brushed my teeth and then my skin care routine and ate breakfast. That's pretty much what I do every day. Unless I'm really tired then I'll skip a few steps except for brushing my teeth, I can't stand it when teeth aren't brushed. For breakfast I usually have a fruit salad and on my way to school I stop at Dunkin' Donuts and get a medium iced vanilla latte to keep me awake for the school day.

Today wasn't special or different from any boring school day. School ends at two and my shift at Freddys pizza is at 6:30. That gives me time to get any work done and if I have time I watch a movie or some show on Netflix.

I got home a few hours ago and finished off my history assignment that's due this Thursday. It's five now which gives me time to watch an episode of sugar rush. One episode is usually 40 minutes so that gives me 20 minutes to get ready for work.

After I watched an episode of sugar rush I took a shower and blowdried my hair in 15 minutes. The work uniform is a blue collar neck shirt with Freddys pizza in white written across the shirt with any black pants and sneakers. As always I wear my black Adidas sports leggings with their signature stripes on the side of each leg in black paired with old-school black vans and an oversized black jacket with a hoodie to cover my hair and some of my face. My hair is usually put up in a messy bun and I apply some blush on my cheeks and some lipstick that's close to my lip color.

When I leave the house it's 6:05 and it takes me 20 minutes to get there so I'm usually a few minutes early. My shift is from 6:30 till 10:30 so it's a long four hours.
**********
It's now eight and still no sign of Ryan. I work at the cashier and not one person from school has asked me if I go to their school or has recognized me and I'd like to keep it that way.

Suddenly I hear a loud group of boys come in, bringing me out of my thoughts. They go to our school, I recognize them. Oh. My. God.

Ryan.
