The fierce SlitherFeather was flying around the village, in fact she did it twice. Macaw was getting awfully worried when she saw her blue friend hiding away in her hut, peeking out the windows to see if anyone she knew were spying on her and laughing at how cowardly she was.

She saw Macaw looking at her and quickly hid underneath the window.

The red dragon made her way through the thick and super green door way where she saw Lizard under a window sill.

"Why are you here?" Lizard asked angrily.

"I'm here to tell you, you are not going to be alone with the Princess. It's me who is also coming and Gecko. You have nothing to worry about. You're a good fighter." Macaw replied.

Lizard shook her head. "It's not that. I haven't seen one dragon tribe, other than the SlitherNights. Even them they look scary and dangerous. My parents were fearless yes, but that's what got them killed."

Macaw laughed. "You're not going to die. They were alone with twenty other guards from the SlitherSands. You know how dangerous they can be."

Lizard sighed. She looked as if she had given up.

Macaw slithered towards her and opened up her wings to her best friend. When she felt down or scared, it's what she usually did.

Her friend got up and went into her wings, both of them wrapping each other.

I will keep her safe, even if it's that last thing I have to do. Whatever happens out there, I'll make sure she's safe. If I die, so be it. I'm prepared to die for this war if it means stopping it. Macaw thought to herself.

She looked up and let go of Lizard, brushing her wing with hers and smiling. "I'm going to be with you every step of the way Liz. You have no worries about that. Gecko is also going to be with us. Even Moon. Yes she is from another tribe but you've seen her and others before. They are also going to help us. Three of our guards, and three of theirs."

Lizard looked at her as if this was the first she was hearing of this. "Are you sure?"

Macaw looked at her hopeful friend. "Yes, Liz, I am."

As Macaw was reassuring a friend, she heard someone say "hello" outside, then came in. It was Gecko.

"Did you tell her? About SlitherNight guards coming with us?" Gecko asked.

Macaw turned around. "Of course I did. She is scared so I am reassuring her. And she's the last to hear of it."

Gecko sighed, then nodding her head no. "They died coming here. It was a lone dragon who did all the damage. The Princess is here now, but all her guards were killed by our border. There's going to be no SlitherNight guards. Sorry Lizard."

Macaw couldn't even think it was possible, unless it was a SlitherIce, with forever frozen scales that could have done it all. "Was it the SlitherIce Frozen?"

Gecko nodded.

She could feel the fury start in her, and when it did, she shot out of Lizard's hut and all nearby SlitherFeathers were startled.

While reaching the Queen's hut, she saw the SlitherNight Princess and stormed into the hut.

The Queen got startled, flapping her wings everywhere. "Macaw! What's wrong?"

Macaw's eyes were full of hatred. "Frozen has to die! Now!"

The SlitherNight looked startled for a moment but quickly returned how she was feeling before Macaw stormed into the hut. "You heard have you? I'm sorry, I thought I was dead for sure. I had to run or else I would have died there as well."

She looked sincere enough, but what would we do when Frozen came back again? Macaw thought to herself. They would need to bring extra guards with the Princess now.
