Louis
Summer was your favorite season. With the amusement parks, little fairs, late nights and of course the more time you could spend with Louis. There was something appealing about the thought of staying up late with him, or cooking breakfast in the morning when you've both woken up from a long night of no sleep. There was a small fair that had opened up down the street from your house that you just had to go to. That morning when you woke, you knew you'd have to do some convincing as your boyfriend wouldn't want to do anything but stay home with you because you were out all day yesterday. The smell of pancakes filled the house which aroused Louis and soon you found arms wrapped around your waist as you fixed both of yourselves a plate. "Morning sweetheart." Louis said kissing your shoulder in which was bare due to your oversized tee falling down a bit. "Morning Lou. Here, take your plate." He grabbed his plate off the counter and sat at the counter. "What do you want?" He laughed taking a big bite of the pancakes. You smirked, "What do you mean?" "You always want something when you make me food." He replied, smirking at you. "Well..." "I knew it." "There is a small carnival that opened up in the park down the street. Can we go? Please?" You gave him your best puppy dog look, protruding your bottom lip into a begging pout. Louis sighed, but then smiled at you, "Sure, we can go later." "Yes!" You cheered. The rest of the day was spent lounging around until you both god ready at about 5. "Thanks for going Lou." You said entwining your fingers together and walking down the street. "Sure hun, anything for you." He smiled, sweetly kissing your temple. The carnival was full of small games to play and little kids running around with their mom and dads. As you approached one of the tents you noticed a caricature artist set up drawing a little girl. You've always wanted to have your own face drawn so as soon as you saw him your smile grew ten times wider. "Lou! Look! Can we do it?" He laughed at your child-like jumping up and down, squeezing his hand. "I've actually always wanted one done so yes!" He smiled back you. You reached up and pecked his lips. Once the little girl was finished you smiled at the man, sitting down in front of him with Louis sat next to you. The man began drawing, and soon enough he was finished. "Hey babe, can you go get me a drink? I thought I saw some lemonade over there." Louis said pointing you toward a drink tent. "Yeah, sure. I'll be right back." When you ordered 2 lemonades, you peeked back at Louis to see him still talking with the man, and the man still drawing away. You've never had one done before so you just thought it was part of the art. After you received the drinks you made your way back over to Louis. "Hey Y/N! Come look! Its just finished!" He said calling you over. When the picture came into view, a huge smile spread across your face. As you got even closer, you then noticed something written above both of your heads. The lemonades in both of your hands, slipped, hitting the ground with a splat. You were sure you had some on your foot. But you didn't care, because when you finally read what it said you wanted to cry tears of joy. "Well, what do you say? Make me the happiest man on this whole earth and marry me?" Your eyes carefully scanned over the words, "Will you marry me?" drawn on the picture, then over to the artist whose smile was as wide as the jokers. "Seriously?!" You wanted to screech, but it came out more of an uncertain question making Louis laugh from his stature on one knee. "Yes! I'm serious. Oh and here..." He fiddled around in his pocket pulling out a single ring that sparkled in the sunlight. "Yes! Yes I will marry you!" You cheered. He stood up and engulfed you in a tight hug. "You got lemonade on my shoes by the way, clutz." He laughed, muffled by how close he was to your neck. You pulled away giggling a bit, wiping a tear away from your eye. "Put the ring on, I wanna see." "Oh right, right sorry." He smiled shyly taking your hand in his and sliding the ring on your finger. "Holy shit, Lou, this is beautiful. I love you so much." You grabbed his face kissing his lips with a passionate force. His brows furrowed, feeling the passion between the two of you. "C'mon," He said grabbing the picture from the man and thanking him, "Let's go home and celebrate." You both smirked, knowing where this was going...
