CHAPTER ONE : Darius's Diary of the Unexplained Paranorma
I was hunched over my desk with a tired groan, tentatively sipping on my 'coffee'-which, wasn't even really coffee at all.
Literally, It was really just grinded coffee beans in a Redbull.
I grimaced and twitched.
It wasn't all that, but it would satisfy for now.
Muttering quietly, I shuffled by my desk.
Abbey Williams, April P. Bennett, Anna Roger, Christopher Scott, D-ah.

MISSING.
I sighed, rummaging his files.
His case was a particular one, I heard.
I can just faintly remember his mother's hysterical recountance of the fairly strange tale.
Our chief brushed it off as a maiden's tale, but the town's therapist wrote down every word with a conflicted frown.
Strange woman.
"Aha!" I grinned triumphantly as I pulled out a small, leather journal.
'Darius's Diary of the Unexplained Paranorma', the only clue we could find at the scene. I haven't even opened the book and I'm already feeling exasperated.
Like the chief said, a maiden's tale. It's pointless.
"This'll be long," I groaned.
