I watch my little sister disappear in a black ball of my fathers darkness. My heart shatters, when I realize my father is trying to break my little brother like he's tried to break me. I feel the wrath I felt when I watched my beloved Liz die in my arms. As soon as the spell is let up I lunge to strike at Estarossa only to slash through air. He was gone as soon as (Y/n) was. I punch the ground making it crack under my fist that's sparking with darkness, pure anger and hatred for my father runs through me as I hear my little brother cry out her name.

I stand and turn to walk towards my little brother who's on his knees where she was just moments ago. I look to Merlin and jerk my head to the side telling her to get everyone the fuck out of here right now. She nods fighting tears and snapping her fingers teleporting everyone away from us.

I walk to him and hit my knees in front of him. He's staring at the ground hyperventilating and grasping the grass where she stood, as darkness sparks from his fists while he fights losing control. I don't even know what to say or how to comfort to him. How do you comfort a demon who's waiting to feel the death of their mate? You can't. I don't think when I touch his shoulder making him look up at me, tears running from his dark eyes. I can see him slipping into his rage and panic as his demon mark grows and his eyes start to glow a faint scarlet. I yank him into a hug not wanting him to make the same mistake I made long ago after Liz.

He chokes out a sob and hugs me back tightly, I didn't even realize that I had tears falling down my face this whole time until then. So I hold my baby brother together as best as I can, letting him scream her name and cry it out now, because in this moment he needed to let it out. I make the decision then and there that we will do anything to save the one he loves, not because we all love her like family, but because I won't watch him suffer like he did with Gelda. If he loses (Y/n), he won't survive it. This would kill him.

You giggle as Zeldris lifts you up over his shoulder and carries you out of the tavern. You look up to see Ban and Meliodas dying laughing at this, Diane giggling at you beside a beet red King trying to avert his eyes, a smirking Merlin and chuckling Escanor. Gowther with a confused look on his face and a blushing Elizabeth before the door closes. "Come on Zel! Your no fair put me down!" You whine and Zeldris shifts you to be in his arms bridle style so he can look at you.

He's smirking with soft dark eyes, "I love you but no. We're going home so I can have my way with you." He says casually as he continues walking towards the castle while holding you close to his chest. Your eyes light up and you giggle, "Yes sir." you say making him look down at you smirking and kiss you deeply. He pulls away and whispers in your ear, "I love you (Y/n)."

You wake up slowly and groan, you don't remember how long you've been in this hell hole. You didn't even know if you were in the demon realm or a dungeon, it was just black nothingness as far as you could see, when you could muster the strength to look up. To be exact you had no idea where you were, it felt strange like the dark magic of Melasula, but you knew she couldn't keep a spell going this long. You look up weakly when you hear foot steps, it was Estarossa again. You look at him before rolling your eyes and chuckling darkly, "For a second there I was scared, but it's just you Rosey." You say slyly.

He punches your face immediately, the force snapping your head to the side and causing the chains holding you to a wall to jerk. You let you head hang there until Estarossa grabs your chin violently lifting your face to his. "When will you learn to keep your mouth shut bitch." He growls mere inches from your face. You glare at him and slam your head into his face as hard as possible, stunning him briefly, making him take a step back and release your chin.
