Chapter 4: Meanwhile in the Hellicarrier

Third Person POV
Fury slammed the file on his table. He was pissed beyond limit. How can one girl alone beat Shield's radar? It has been almost 6 years!

What is her identity? Why and how does she break into Shield's database every time, no matter how strongly it is secured?
Moreover, what is her motive? Among all these years, Fury witnessed incidents like this. The culprit would try to blackmail him by threatening to spill Shield's secrets. Then Coulson would be sent to capture the person, and almost within 24 hours, he would be standing in front of him, handcuffed.

But instead, Frost Archer only leaves important information about hydra, which almost makes him believe that she is challenging him, to catch her. But so far, she have not even left a fingerprint behind. The only thing he has of her is a few footage of her invading and knocking out some hydra agents, which he recovered from the security cameras set in the secret hydra bases. She always wears a musk which fully covers her face. The woman has potential, though. Not too many people can silently sneak up on a hydra base, electrocute the guards and steal something. She almost reminded him of the Black Widow-yes, she electrocutes the guards just like agent Rommanoff.
In fact, they have a lot in common.

Fury decided to put an end in this. Either he will find her and recruit her in Shield, or she will be locked up in Freeze. She is a loose cannon. If she joins or forced to join the wrong side, there would be blood on the floor.

Fury gazed at the screen of his computer, where the Frost Archer went through a room full of lager beam, without setting off any alams. This is the latest footage recovered about her. She is flexible, he thought, just like Rommanoff. Does she have any sort of blood relation with her? That can explain a lot of things, like her skills and moves in combat. Are they, by any chance, blood related?

He suddenly sat up remembering something. Almost sixteen years ago, Rommanoff told him that she was pregnant. She had to mention it in order to get a long time vacation. Normally Fury would not allow that. But that time, the situation was different.
He allowed her to leave, but never asked who the father was. No one else, not even Clint himself knew the truth. Every one was informed that she was sent in solo and extremely secret mission in South Russia. Only he and Hill knew thew the truth.

Fury was stressed. He decided not to ask anything to Rommanoff, just yet. If his doubt is true, that would only mean
more trouble. After all, Frost Archer might be a big threat, in which case he have to assassinate her, and he will have to send Clint and Natasha.

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door.
"Who is it? "
"It is Captain Rogers."
"Come in."
Steve hurriedly came in.
"Any new thread on the target's location? "
"Actually, yeah. Stark has found something. He says that the target is somewhere in 12, Linkin Street. He can't pinpoint the location, just.... That much."
"You can take any resources or help that you need. Just find her and bring her here. You have been dismissed."

Steve turned around. As he was about to leave, Fury called again.

"Oh, and Rogers? "

"Yes sir?"

"I want her alive."

Steve walked out of the office, sighing. He has a plan, he just needs to persuade Coulson and his team. And he will need Stark for his back up. It everything goes according his plan, she will be brought in within the weekend.

1.I don't live in New York, so I just made up the road's name. That road probably does not exist.

2.The incident takes place after the avengers movie. In my story, things follow the MCU until the Avengers movie, after that, the story line is created by me.
