An hour later we arrived at the hospital and they brought me directly to the emergency department.

"Amazing. One part of a hospital I never wanted to be in again.", I growled quietly as (y/n) sat me on a chair and Notch signed me up at the reception.

A few moments later he came back and sat down next to me and (y/n).
"They will examine you. But we have to wait."

Yippie, at least I don't have to see a doctor yet.

I nodded a bit calmer and leaned back. "Good. A little bit of time left."

A doctor went right past us and my body stiffened in fear.

(Y/n) and Notch instantly noticed and she looked right into my eyes. "Is that why you don't like hospitals? You're scared of doctors?"

With a quiet sigh I nodded. Notchs' jaw dropped. "Why didn't you tell us that before?"

I shrugged. "Maybe because I don't want to seem like a scaredy cat?" I laughed nervously.

We started talking about some stuff and drowned in our conversation.
I was way calmer while we talked and I bet that was their plan, but I didn't mind.

Until suddenly a doctor stood right in front of me. "Herobrine? You have to come with me."

I yelled loudly in shock before the pain shot through my chest again, this time almost knocking me out. Notch and (y/n) instantly reacted and tried to calm me down, but my heart was racing.

It was impossible for me to calm down and only a few moments later I blacked out.

(Timeskip)
I woke up in a completely white room which was so bright that I literally had to close my eyes again.

I heard Notch sigh a little bit. "Can we turn the light down?"

Soon after I heard a quiet scrape and noticed that the light got a lot dimmer. I opened my eyes completely and sat up a little bit.

I wanted to say thanks, but as soon as I opened my mouth I noticed that I can't even breath normally.

With a careful try I moved my head, only to find out that I can only move it a little bit.

"Hero, you have to talk with us via telepathy.", (y/n) explained.

"Ok... Makes sense.", I answered. "What even happened?"

Notch sighed. "You collapsed and your heart stopped beating, causing your blood to stop in your veins. And that caused you to black out since your brain couldn't get enough oxygen."

"So I literally had a heart attack."

(Y/n) and Notch couldn't answer. A few moments later Notch finally whispered: "Yes. You did."

I didn't respond. The shock was rather heavy to swallow, considering the fact that I couldn't.

"Why can't I swallow or move my head?"

"A tube is going through your throat to keep your lungs funktional.", she explained.

"Ok."

Someone knocked on the door and carefully entered. It was just Steve.

He came in and sat down next to me. "Is everything ok?"

"Yeah."

"Well, that calms me down a little bit.", he said and stroke over my hand. "I hope you get well soon."

"Thank you, Steve."

He nodded and looked over to (y/n). She asked a bit confused: "Why are you here, anyway? I mean, how'd you know we're here?"
