Chapter 6

Do-eun's POV

"I'm already smart and I don't have to study." Kai boasted as the maknae.

Soobin laughed, but covered it up with a cough.

"I'm getting the large menu set." Soobin said, "I heard the food is really good here."

"I'm getting some diet water." Taehyun said, "I have to maintain this handsome face."

I chuckled as the other members all jeered at him.

"What are you getting?" Beomgyu asked me,

"Oh just like a small snack." I answered.

"Oh okay." He smiled, "Auntie! Can we have 6 set menus?"

"But I said-

"It's okay she eats a lot." Yeonjun patted me on the back, I glared at him.

When the food arrived, I didn't realize how much TXT ate for a group of 5 members. Suddenly, the restaurant's door flung open and a girl walked in.

"Oh, hi oppa!" The girl said to Soobin.

Soobin rolled his eyes. Is she another one of TXT's fangirls?

"Yah, I told you not to call me oppa." Soobin glared at the girl.

She rolled her eyes, "I was just messing with you. Are these your friends?"

Soobin nodded and continued eating.

"Hi, my name is Choi Suji; Soobin' s younger sister." She made eye-contact with me. "Okay good another girl is here."

I chuckled, and she sat down next to me.

"You have a sister?" Taehyun said.

They all introduced themselves to Suzy and she ordered something on the menu.

"Wow, you like to eat a lot." I smiled.

"Yep, eating is my favorite subject." She said through the rice cakes.

I laughed. "Same here."

"So what's your name?" She asked me.

"I'm Kang Do-eun." I answered, "A senior in Seoul Highschool."

"Ohhh," She nodded her head, "Wait, you go to seoul highschool?"

I nodded,

"Oh my, I'm transferring there tomorrow, what a coincidence!" she exclaimed.

"O-ohhh.." I smiled, "What grade are you in?"

"I'm in the same grade as you, 12th." She paused, "But I'm a few months younger than Soobin."

"Ohhh," I nodded in understanding. Suji was really nice and I was glad I found a new friend.

"How is it that every time Do-eun is with Yeonjun?" Soobin scratched his head, "Were you guys on a date or something?"

I bit my lip, "We were jus-

"Yep, we were on a date." Yeonjun eyed the younger members. "Did you catch on?"

I pushed his arm off of my shoulder, "Shut it with your nonsense."

"What?? It's true!" He lied. And I just rolled my eyes.

"We were working on a project for Ms. Lee." I replied, "Don't listen to Yeonjun."

"Aish..." He glared at me.

I laughed at his response and I stuffed rice cakes in my mouth. Beomgyu gave us water cups and we all went to put out the fire on our tongue.

"Pffts, you look funny." Yeonjun pointed and laughed at me.

"I can't really eat spicy things that well." I muttered will up my cup with water.

Suddenly, Yeonjun almost fell on top of me, and ice cold water came out of his cup.

"Ah! That's cold!" I stepped backwards and bumped into a tall figure Soobin, and water fell on top of my head.

Just great...a shower was just what I needed.

"Oh my god you're drenched!" Suzy said grabbing some napkins. "Here, I'll wipe it off."

Yeonjun was laughing at me the entire time I was shivering.

"Bro, did she ask for a shower?" Suzy glared at Soobin.

"I'm so sorry Do-eun." Soobin apologized multiple times, "I'll ask for a towel in the kitchen-

"No it's fine Soobin." I said to him. "I'm okay."

I was a bit cold until Kai suddenly brought a blanket and wrapped it around me.

"Huh? Oh thank you Kai." I smiled at him.

Kai just smiled and walked back to his seat.

"Here." Yeonjun handed me a cup of hot water. "You're cold aren't you?"

Why is he acting nice all the sudden?

"No thanks, you might have poisoned this." I pointed to the cup. He just rolled his eyes and wrapped my fingers around the cup.

"It's getting pretty late." Taehyun glanced at his watch, "We should all go home, it's a school night."

"You're beginning to sound like a mom." Soobin commented.

We all agreed and got ready to go home.

"I left my bag at your house." Yeonjun said. "We need to go back."

I nodded, "Sure."

When we left the restaurant, we had to walk back to my house.

"Are you still cold?" He asked me. I nodded stiffly.

I looked up at the night sky and I sighed a cold breath into the air.

I opened the house door and walked into the cold house.

"Here." I handed his bag to him.

"Thanks." He said, swinging his bag over. "I'll see you at school tomorrow? I think the TXT members like you a lot."

I smiled.

Yeonjun leaned into my ear, and I suddenly got a chill down my spine.

"You look really weird today."

"Yah!" I ended up slapping him in the arm. And he laughed and gave me a wave before he left. I closed the door and sighed as I got ready for bed.

Taehyun: Woah guys, we're invited to a Thanksgiving Party. Lim Hyera said that she said that we could bring 2 people.
