It been a week since we arrived at the school. We haven't had any classes yet since we get assigned classes depending on what kind of Inbetween we are.
I wake up early on the day we're supposed to take the test. I brush my plain, straight, brown hair and I brush my teeth. I get dressed putting on a white t-shirt and some simple jeans and debate with myself whether or not I should wake Mia up for breakfast. I decide not to seeing as she looks peaceful in her sleep. I'm not sure whether or not to call her peaceful when she's awake because in just the past week I've heard her yelling while reading and every few nights she washes her hair and untangles her hair and I can hear her yelling things that don't make sense to me.
I try to leave the room quietly so I don't wake Mia up but unfortunately the door has other plans. It's squeaks so loud that I'm unsure how I ever noticed it before.
When I have the door opened enough for me to squeeze through I squeeze in between the door and the wall.
Afterwards I head down for breakfast.
Twenty minutes later I head back up and when I walk in to the dormitory I see Mia jumping and searching for some clothes. From what I can see she only found a hair elastic to put her in a ponytail like she always does and a black T-shirt that says 'LOVE ME, I Recycle' in green letters.
"If you're looking for jeans they're under your blanket, if you're looking for sweats they're on the desk chair, and if you're looking for leggings they're in your suitcase"
"Thanks" she replies while grabbing her skinny jeans.
"Anyways" I say "we need to wait for the announcement for all the new students to come to a certain room, for the test"
"Ok. Can I get breakfast first?"
"Should have woken up earlier. I don't think there's time left to eat anything but a quick snack"
"Oh"
"Don't worry I promise we'll have lunch togther"
Before Mia can reply an announcement goes off
"Would all new students please come to room 401 for the test. Thank you"
