The Riott House
(Brandon POV)

Over the past months I eventually got discharged from the hospital and immediately went home to rest. It was pretty lonely during that time seeing as the rest of the squad was out at work kicking ass and taking names as only they can. I had one of my wrestling friends, Rebecca, help take care of me at home. We've been friends since high school when I met her, and she's been nothing but supportive and kind to me and I could never repay her.

I woke up on a beautiful Saturday morning, walked to my studio and worked on some new entrance graphics and music for my return. Hunter told me over the phone that Vince said it was time for an upgrade, and that Mötley Crüe didn't necessarily like me using their song without consent. It was alright though, I didn't mind. anyways, after I finished working on my projects, I heard a knock on the door followed by a familiar voice.

"Morning BP! What's the crack?"

I turned around to see Rebecca standing in the doorway cheerful smile and all.

"Ah... nothing much, just working on some new things for my entrance when I return."

"Wait, they let you work on your own entrance stuff?."

She said in shock.

"Yeah, once they knew I did my own graphics, I showed them a sample of what I could do, and they let me have creative reign over my entrance."

"Oh... Cool! Would you mind showing what ya got?"

"Sure! Here, take a seat."
I pulled up a DXRACER Gaming chair that was custom made for Liv when I bought it, as she sat down and I pressed play.

After the simulation finished, she was speechless. Safe to say I think I did a good job.

"So... what'd ya think?"

"What did I think?! Holy crap that was amazing! You never told me you could do something like this!"

"Well some talents go under the radar hence becoming unnoticed, but... glad you like it!"

"Like it? I love it... I know your squad will too!"

"Yeah... the... the squad..."

She immediately knew something was up due to my tone, probably a product of us being friends for so long.

"Was it something I said?"

"Hm? Oh no... no it's just that... I... I hadn't seen them in so long... since I've been out... I miss them... especially Liv... her and I just... you know... gemmed together... I can't even begin to imagine how she felt when I called her saying that I was hit... she must've been devastated."

"She was..."

I looked towards her as she wore that look of comfort on her face.

"I caught her walking backstage after her segment and asked if she was ok... and... I could see the tears in her eyes... real, heartbroken, painful tears... I immediately hugged her and told her that everything would be okay and we even talked for a bit before she presumably went to talk with the other two."
