Where are we?

In the previous chapter: Crying because he didn't know what to do anymore, he couldn't go back, but he also couldn't go on without her. Suddenly, he woke up with a cold sweat.

The cold night had become a warm morning. Every sound from the once soothing forest, made Toby jump in the fear his dream gave him. Tina noticed this and went up to him with worry in her eyes, she asked casually "Hey, you okay?" Toby looked at Tina, then at her stomach, when he made eye contact with her again, he nodded softly, "Yeah, just a nightmare, nothing else" Tina nodded softly and smiled, "You can talk to me if you want, I'm always all ears" Toby shook his head in response, "No, I'll be fine." Soon both proxies headed away from the camp spot, both of them didn't know where they were going,but they both knew that they needed to get as far away from the mansion. After a few hours of never-ending walking, they both noticed that the distance between each tree began to expand, soon all they could see was large fields, and a small tree every so often. "Where are we?" Tina asked,seeming to be confused by the change in environment. Toby shrugged and continued to lead the trial. Even he became suspicious and began to walk hesitantly towards wherever they were going. Soon, Tina and Toby came across a couple, then a kid, soon it became crowded as they walked further, Tina looked at Toby, "I don't think we are in Ridgewell anymore Toby" she said, clearly scared, both took off their hoodies to reveal normal black t-shirts, they wrapped their hoodies across their waist and blended in with the crowd of people. The voices in both of their heads began to speak again, after a good twenty minutes, they pulled out of the crowded and took their pills, luckily without killing anyone that day. They continued to walk, until suddenly, everything began to look strangely familiar, to both proxies, then realization dawned over both of them. At the same time, both proxies said at an auditable volume "Home." They bursted into tears as hugged each other closely. Almost as suddenly, they both knew that they where in danger. They were murderers after all, after constant running, they hid underneath a bridge. Both panting loudly like tired dogs. Soon night came, and both of them fell asleep, fear and worry clouding their thoughts.

It's been two days, two days since the group has seen either Tina or Toby. The female proxies where filled with worry, while the males didn't care much. Time was running out, for the guys at least. Something wasn't right, they already covered the entire forest by foot in the last two days, yet still nothing. It was midnight and Brianna was still wide awake, fear of the beloved Tina being afraid. Brianna was like Tina's mom, and like every mom, she was extremely worried. Tam woke up when Brinna got out of their shared bed. With her eyes still half asleep, Tam got up and hugged Brianna, the feminine masked figure kissed the top of Brianna's head, "We will find her soon Bri." The hooded female nodded softly, burying her head into Tam's chest. The night became quiet and Brianna fell fast asleep in Tam's arms. The proxy laid Brianna into the bed again, and covered her with the blanket, then falling asleep beside her.
