(Y/n)'s P.O.V

I looked in to his dark brown eyes he was actually here. In my hospital room sat Dipper Pines the guy who stole my heart. I started coughing so I pulled my hand away from his I accidentally hit my arm on the bed in the process. A small brise formed but I didn't pay attention to it unlike Dipper. "You have a lot of brises" he said pointing out the obvious I smirked a little "no dip Sherlock you can see them" I said laughing. He laughed a little before turning serious "(Y/n) why are you really here? This is the same room I seen every time we video called" he asked looking me deep in the eyes. I sighed I didn't wanna tell him "I Um ughhhhhhh I don't want to tell you" I said in a annoyed tone "Why not we're best friends and best friends don't keep secrets!" He said back "Tch well guess what I don't care I don't want to tell you so I'm not!" I said almost yelling at my best friend "(Y/n) tell me or I'm going to leave" he said about to get up "fine then leave!" I yelled I really didn't want him to leave but he pushed me. Sighing he got up and went to the door "Bye (Y/n) I hope you feel better" and he walked out "yea if only... i would.." I said a loud in the empty room.

I looked around thinking before I hit the nurse button. "Yes Miss (L/n)" a nurse I didn't know asked as she walked in I stared at her dumbfounded "Um is Olivia here?" I said looking at the lady "She is but she's in the waiting room with a visitor" she said giving me a sicking sympathetic smile "Tch whatever thanks" I said turning to the window in my room. After I heard the door shut I started feeling worse than I ever had... and sadly that when I realized that I didn't have as as much time as I thought and this is what Olivia and the doctor were whispering about. I got enough strength and grabbed my phone. With a shaky hand I pulled up my social app and hit the call button for Dipper.

"(Y/n) are you alright" he said through the phone with a worried expression and tear stained cheeks. In a low and shaky voice I whisper loud enough for him to hear me "Come here... please... I'm sorry" right after saying this I hung up and sat my phone down. All of my energy felt like it was gone I closed my eye but then I heard my door open. "(Y/n)!" Dipper yelled running to me and hugging me "Your gonna be okay, your not gonna leave me your strong!" He said tears started to fill his eyes "Dippy" I whispered picking my hand up wiping his eyes "I guess Olivia told you" I sighed "Yea she did... why didn't you tell me?" He whispered "I didn't want you to worry" he put his head on mine and gave a small smile "I'd worried about you either way, I'm here you have nothing to worry about your gonna make it!" He said holding me close "Dipper" I whispered "Shh (Y/n) don't worried it's gonna be okay your not gonna leave me you can't please there's so much I have to tell you" he said hugging me tight letting his tears fall on to my head. I stared crying to I didn't want him to see me like this to see me leave "Dippy I have to tell you something" I said a little louder "What is it you can tell me anything I'm here for you" he said crying a lot harder now "Dipper looked at me" I said weaker now I cupped his face in may hands and made him look at me. At this point I was really weak and barely wanted to move or talk he still had his arms rapped around me hugging me. "Dipper Pine you sir stole my heart and just the other day... I realized that I love yo.." I said before everything went back.

Dipper's P.O.V

"Dipper Pine you sir stole my heart and just the other day... I realized that I love yo.." she said gasping a little at the end before she took her last breath not finishing her sentence. I tighten my embrace on her crying the sound of the heart monitor mocking me. Doctors and nurse started to run in Olivia was the first person inside the room. I was still hugging (Y/n) I didn't want to leave her I couldn't I needed to tell her things there was so much I had to tell her. "Dipper I need you to come with me" Olivia said putting a hand on my shoulder "N-no I-I ca-can't leave h-her" I sobbed holding her tighter i stared being pulled from her. The last thing I seen was her lifeless body just laying there. "Noo! No! Don't take me! Please! Please! Don't make me leave her! I have to tell her something! Please! No! No! No! Please!!!" I yelled sobbing my heart out. "I can't live without her please!" I yelled as I was pulled completely out of the room.
