Band of Brothers is very special to me. I have read the book and watched the series and I know that it is a really powerful and emotional story about these brave, inspiring men who put themselves and their lives out there for their country and everybody.
By no means do I wish to disrespect or act as if the real men of Easy Company did some things that happen in this book since I have added my own areas of fiction along with the very real story. I have partially based my book on the HBO mini series Band of Brothers and the actors in it, also weaving in my own female main OC . I fully respect each of the men that fought for what we have today and gave their everything for the world how it is today.
I wish only for this book to inspire others and to spread the word to many people who do not know what so many people sacrificed for them. This book is to show the truly inspiring acts these men did to many other people living nowadays and for ever more - we owe it and they deserve it.
I hope that you may still read this inspiring story as I have done my utter best to make all parts truly along the lines of the real story, excluding any parts linked to my own OC's. If you understand I thank you extremely greatfully and I hope you enjoy this book.
To everybody: remember ALL the men, woman and children who gave their lives so valiantly for us. They shall always be remembered.
