Yuya: Big brother?

Yugi: Hm?

Yuya: Why aren't grandpa and mom living with us at the castle?

Yugi: They like to live a simple life. Being royalty does bring conflicts, so they didn't wanted to become a part of it.

Yuya: Eeeeh?

Yugi: Don't give me that look. I tried my best to convince them.

Both were on their way to Yugi's old home, where his family lived. Soon, they were at the doorstep. When Yugi was about to knock, Yuya did it instead. The door opened and revealed a middle aged woman.

A/N: Yugi's mother doesn't have a name in the original, so I came up with a name myself.

Harumi: Yugi! Yuya!

Yuya: Mom!

Both were in each other's embrace. Yugi smiled at the sight.

Harumi: You've grown so much Yuya.

Yuya had last seen his family a month ago and had greatly missed them.

Yuya: I missed you mom.

Harumi: Me too Yuya.

???: Harumi-chan, who is it?

Yuya pulled away and looked further in to find the source of the voice.

Yuya: Grandpa?

An old man appeared at the hallway. When he saw his two grandsons, he felt very happy.

Sugoroku: Yuya! Yugi!

Just like with his mother, Yuya hugged his grandfather as well. Yugi and Harumi looked at each other, then smiled and looked back at the two.

Sugoroku: How have you been?

Yuya: I've been good! A lot happened recently!

Sugoroku: Really? What happened then?

Yuya: I finally have my powers!

Sugoroku: Oho! Tell me more about it.

Harumi gasped at hearing it. She turned to Yugi.

Harumi: Is it true?

Yugi: Mhm. He found his soulmate.

Harumi: That's great news.

They all sat around a small table. Harumi brought tea and sugar cookies.

Sugoroku: You two are behaving well, right?

Yugi: It would be rude of me to behave unwell.

Sugoroku: Of course. What about you Yuya?

Yuya: Me? I think I've been good.

Harumi: Father, they are both good children.

He folded his arms and closed his eyes.

Sugoroku: Hahaha, of course.

Yugi: We have been well, but I've heard that you haven't.

The man opened one eye in disbelief.

Sugoroku: Who told you that?

The mother laughed.

Harumi: Father, you forgot we have a young messenger around the house?

Sugoroku: Of course. Who else would have?

Tiny wings appeared from another room and were flying straight to the table. Then the wings were replaced by a baby magician girl.

Yuya: Oh! Berry Magician Girl!
