~Tuesday btw~
Eddie's POV:
I break down immediately falling onto my knees. 'Does he really hate me? What did I do wrong? Am I annoying? Why can't you tell me?'
"Eddie!" Mike says running over to me
I snap out of my thoughts to turn my head and look at him and everyone else run towards me tears streaming down my face.
"W-W-What happened?" Bill says kneeling down
"I-I think Richie hates us... Hates me.. Why? What happened? What did I do?!" I'm full out bawling my eyes out now. I've never lost a friend before...
"Eddie, you didn't do anything. Richie's out of his mind." Bev says softly reaching a hand out to lift me up.
I wipe my tears from my eyes and begin walking with the rest of the group, now feeling empty without Richie's jokes and attitude. Everyone is trying to keep the mood up but I keep drifting off thinking about Richie. I needed to find out what was wrong with him, or what I did wrong, even if it took all day, week, month or even a goddamn year.
~Thursday~ Richie has just been ignoring them
"Guys are we sure that Richie isn't going through something? It doesn't really seem like him, at least not normally. I mean, remember when we thought he ditched us at the sewer? It turned out-"
"Please stop talking about that. I don't want to think about that right now... or ever.." I cut Stan off looking at the ground before he can finish his sentence.
"Sorry..."
"Hey Eddie, whoa what's wrong?" I look up to see Josh standing in front of us. Oddly enough he looks a bit like Richie but he's completely different.
"O-Oh, hey Josh.. Nothing's wrong, I'm fine." I'm guessing he could tell something was wrong because the mood in general was pretty dead.
"Um well... There's something I wanted to tell you.. but do you mind if we do it in private?"
"No, that's fine. I'll be right back guys." I say looking around at everyone. They all nod in agreement and Bev was once again smiling at me raising her eyebrows at me. I rolled me eyes smiling before leaving.
I walk off following Josh to a small gazebo near the field. We walk up the shallow stairs into the white, beautiful and floral gazebo when he turns away from me, takes a deep breath before saying what I never thought he would say.
"Um.. Eddie? I-I was wondering if... you'd like to go out with me this Saturday?" His whole face was red and mine lit up with excitement.
"Yes! I-I mean uh.. yeah sure!" Now both our faces are red and they were so close our lips were pretty close to touching.
~With Richie~
God I'm such a trainwreck. I made the boy I love think I hate him, all because I'm too much of a pussy to talk to him just because I don't want to get hurt again. (emotionally) I decide to walk to the school field just to think alone, the gazebo near the back was always a place I would go before I found the losers, it seemed to calm me whenever shit hit the fan. I started walking towards the gazebo when I saw two boys standing in front of each other, their faces were burning red. It took me a minute to realise who is was but when it did, my heart sank even more than is did before. Eddie's eyes were locked with another boy's eyes. It was clear they were blushing at each other and my heart ached at the fact that the other boy wasn't me, I could only assume that that was Josh knowing that Eddie liked him. I froze, they were standing so close to each other I thought they would start making out which was something I NEVER want to see.
'What the fuck are they?- OH shit Josh saw me' Since I was still standing still like a fucking creep Josh took eyes off of Eddie for a couple seconds before giving me a quick smirk then looks back at Eddie before doing something I never expected him to do. He fucking-..
He. Fucking. Kissed. Him. I mean, I know he has the right but still, right in front of me? Are they together or something? They might be now..
~Back To Eddie~
He- I- What?! He- He kissed me! It wasn't like making out but it was still nice. We pulled away and my face was still red and I was smiling ear to ear just like Bev.
"I-I'll see you on Saturday.." I say slowly walking away
"Okay! I'll pick you up at 8!" He yells back at me.
Once I'm out of his sight I run straight back to the group.
"He asked me out! He asked me out!" I'm jumping up in the air making my sweater occasionally showing my stomach.
"Who?! Was it Josh? I bet it's josh, what did you say?! When are you going out? I nnnneeeed answers!" For some reason Bev always wanted to know everything asap but she needs to calm down. I laugh at/with her before finally answering her prayers.
"Okay okay, so it was Josh."
"EEEEE!" Oh god, and I thought Bev couldn't get any more excited.
"I said yes and he's picking me up at 8 on Saturday."
Just so everyone knows, I'm uninspired so imma skip to Saturday after the date (sorry) oh and Josh got Eddie's address and number :3

Eddie: Hey guys I'm back
Stan: Hey bro
Bev: Soooo how did it go?
Eddie: Really good! He took me to the movies and we went out for dinner afterwards.
Ben: Little Eddie's in loooove
Eddie: I am not!
Richie: Oh shit, did Eddie finally lose his virginity? Welcome to the club bro!
Eddie: The hell? Richie?
Bev: Why are you texting on here?
Richie: Because I'm in the group chat??
Ben: Don't you hate us or something
Richie: Why would I hate you guys? I could never hate you weirdos, you are my only friends after all..
Stan: Why have you been ignoring us then?
Richie: Oh, uh just had a couple bad days recently, didn't feel like talking. Sorry if you guys thought I was mad at you. :)
~Stan to Richie~
Stan: Is it your parents?
Richie: What do you mean Stan the man?
Stan: You said you had a couple bad days, is it because of your parents? I mean you never look fully okay anymore for the brief moments we saw you
Richie:..
Richie: Not everyday, it was just on Tuesday and it wasn't as bad as usual anyway.
Stan: You need to do something about this Rich
