Richie x Reader IT Chapter Two

Chapter 2

As I waited in my car on the highway for traffic to blow over I started tapping my fingers against the wheel. Being nervous was an understatement for what I felt right then. I was down right fucking terrified, what if they didn't remember me? What if I forgot somebody? What if Richie forgot about me? All these negative thoughts drifted through my mind as I was finally able to get off the highway and meet at the Chinese place Mike said to go. As I got out I spotted a woman with red hair, a very buff looking dude and a guy with glasses. Richie, Bev, and Ben? Wow he sure lost a lot of weight I thought as I got out of the car. As I got closer to them I heard Richie say "You two look amazing. What the hell happened with me?" I let out a small chuckle, which seemed to echo as the three adults turned toward me, and their eyes slowly widened as they realized who it was. "Y-Y/N?" Richie choked out and I gave a small smile "In the flesh" he stood there for a second, his stare starting to leave me as he seemed to be thinking about something when he suddenly came up and hugged me "Jesus Y/N, it's been years, and you got hot too? What the fuck dude?" I let out a laugh as I held the hug in longer "Yes it certainly has been a long time Mr. Trashmouth." I said softly as he let go, he smiled at the old nickname as I turned to Ben "Goddam Ben, you look like you were chiseled out of marble" I joked and he smiled as he brought me in for a hug "You don't look so bad yourself Y/N" He said as I let out a laugh, something I haven't done in a long time, before I turned to Beverly. She gave me a smirk and teased "Forgot about me?" I cracked another smile as I said " Never Marsh, now give me a hug" she came and gave me a tight squeeze, she smiled before her face paled a bit. She looked like she was scared, but not of me, of what she was remembering, and I didn't want to say it either, but seeing these three, started to bring back some things that brought back fear from so long ago. "So, lets go see the rest of the Losers" I said  quickly and Beverly snapped out of whatever she was thinking of and said "lets go."

As we met up with everyone, the empty spot in my heart that I have had for what felt like forever, started to fill up as we all sat together, joking around and talking about old times as if they were yesterday. "Eddie, did you get married?" Richie asked incredulously as he looked at the wedding ring that was on Eddie's finger, before letting out a laugh as Eddie glared at him "Yeah, why's that so funny, dickwad?" Richie gave his signature smirk and I looked at Bev, both sharing a glance oh this is gonna get good  "What, with a woman?" Richie asked and Eddie rolled his eyes and pointed one of his chopsticks as he said "Fuck you bro." Richie laughed and I could tell he was obviously drunk as he yelled "Fuck you!"  "And you, Trashmouth? Are you married?" I asked jokingly, but for some reason i wanted him to say no, "There is no way!" Beverly stated as the rest of the Losers yelled over each other saying it wasn't possible but Richie shook his head as he said plainly "No, I got married!" We all gave shocked looks as Eddie looked like he was second guessing all his life choices before shaking his head and saying "Rich, I don't believe you." As Bev said "When?" Richie looked at Eddie surprised as he spoke  "Haven't you heard?"   "No." Eddie said suspiciously as I smiled and took a sip of my beer, now I knew Richie was messing with him. "You do not know?" Richie gasped and Eddie squinted at him "No." "Your mother and I are very happy now." Richie said bluntly and Bill choked on his drink as we all let out laughs that echoed throughout the restaurant as Richie sent me a wink as I smiled called it.  "Terribly happy" Richie joked and Eddie looked like he was gonna punch him. "He totally fell for it." Richie laughed "Fuck you" Eddie said bluntly as he glared at his plate what did the plate ever do to him?  But Richie wasn't finished yet "She is so sweet. Sometimes she'll put her arm around me" He started and he gestured for me and I came over as he put his arm around me, "and she'll whisper to me, she'll go.." and he started imitating Jabba the hutt and I laughed and decided to play along "Oh Mrs. Kaspbrak, I love you too." I said dramatically as everybody but Eddie started laughing as he sighed " We all get it. My mom was a great, fat person. Hilarious." Eddie waved his arms around as I giggled but I noticed something, Richie still hasn't taken his arm off me, but hey I wasn't complaining. 

We poured more drinks as Richie started going off again "Wait let's talk about the elephant not in the room... Ben." he gestured to Ben as he raised his glass "What the fuck man?" Richie asked and I nodded "Yeah what the fuck dude? You have had like the biggest glow up in the history of glow ups" I stated and Richie nodded as Ben smiled "Okay obviously I lost a few pounds" "yeah no shit" I said as Richie stared at Ben like he had three heads " Lost a few pounds?" and Eddie nodded  "Yeah no shit you lost a few pounds" "You're like... you're hot" Richie stated and I stopped drinking as I let out a chuckle "Yeah your'e like every brazillian soccer player wrapped up into one person" Richie's eyes widened as he mumbled gorgeous while Bev shook her head "Leave him alone your embarrassing him" Ben was a little bit red as he said "Alright alright is Stanley coming or what?" And that's when everything went to shit.

Hey guys! I finally got the script! So that means I can finally get this story started finally ! I will continue writing the next chapter tomorrow, if I do not publish it, it probably means I thought it was terrible and I am rewriting it, so thanks for not giving up on me!
