As Carter walks into school he is not surprised to see that nobody notices that his is limping and nobody notices the black eye or maybe they do notice they just don't care but that is normal right, nobody cares about me nobody cares enough to save me from the hell called life I wish it was all a dream so I could wake up and run into my Mom's arms before Tommy's death I wish.

 That is all I can do because at the end of the day I know I will always be haunted by the demons that eat away at me and nobody will ever save me! Right?

Mason was talking to Sarah about where they were going this weekend for their two year anniversary, when Mason looked up he saw Carter but he was limping he was upset and pissed at the fact that Carter was hurt " Hey babe I have to go"  "O-okay love you" " Love you too" he said and kissed her before he ran off to see what happened to Carter

The pain was too much to bare they have never beat me like that before was missing class that important or where they just frustrated about something and then took it out on me "HEY WAIT UP" someone yelled stopping Carter from thinking turning around he saw that it was no other than Mason " What do you want Hill" "What happened to you who did this to you" "None of your business okay now leave me alone" he said trying to walk off but was stopped by a strong grip on his arm "Not until you tell me who hurt you" " Listen Mason I told you that yesterday changed nothing between us so can you just leave me alone and pretend that we never even talked"   "What did I ever do to you" " You existed" Carter said yanking his arm out of Mason's hold and walked away.

Mason wasn't going to lie and say that what Carter said didn't hurt him in fact it hurt him a lot more than he would like to admit but he wasn't going to stop until he figured out who hurt Carter.

Walking home from school I felt like someone was following me I turned around but saw nothing there. I have seen enough horror movies to know that if I keep looking back the person could appear in front of me or if I keep on walking the person could kill me from behind I risked neither and booked it to my safe haven "The barn" as I was running I could hear footsteps behind and they were close "Damn their fast" Carter thought. As he was about to open the old barn door someone grabbed him from behind and put their hand over his mouth " shhhh it's just me calm down" Carter knew that voice all to well he removed the persons hand and yelled "MASON WHAT THE FUCK WHERE YOU THINKING I COULD HAVE HAD A HEART ATTACK BECAUSE OF YOU" "I'm sorry I just wanted to make sure you got home safe so that what happened yesterday didn't happen again assuming you got beat up on the way home since you won't tell me" Carter nervously chuckled "Y-yeah on the way home" he said nervously " You know I can just drive you home from now on right" "N-" " It's settled I'm driving you home after school- and no you are not getting out of this" "Mas-" "Listen Carter I want to be friends with you not because I pity you but because you seem like a great guy and I wish you didn't hate me for existing but maybe we can get past that and be friends" Carter though about it he doesn't have any friend it might be a nice change in his life since everything else seems like shit " I-i guess" Mason let out a sigh knowing that Carter had just accepted his offer"okay, why don't you come over tomorrow and we could hang out yeah?" "Sure what time" "After school duh I am driving you back home remember" "oh yeah sorry it's been so long since I have had a friend ask me that" " It's okay" Mason said  

After a long time of Carter trying to convince Mason that his house was not far from the barn Mason let him walk on his own "Maybe my life is starting to get better" Carter thought

Maybe Mason could be the one to save me

Oh how wrong he was!

Fact 1:Again the story isn't progressing fast they will be friends first before any of the boyxboy starts

Fact 2: For they ending of that with the whole "Oh how wrong he was" well Mason will try but when some starts to experience new feelings it will only push them to the edge if they try to suppress them
