Sabrina's POV

"Sabrina come on, you never want to go. It's our last year, let's celebrate." Jess whined in my ear. I shook my head getting annoyed that she won't stop bugging me about it.

You see every year at the end of the first week of school, the football team hosts a bonfire party at the beach. They rent out a beach hut and keep drinks and food stored there while the party kicks off. Unfortunately the bonfire is tonight.

Every year Jess begs me to go to this stupid party and every year I tell her no. I'm not the biggest fan of drunk guys groping me and drunk girls grinding on every guy. Also I rarely ever drink alcohol at all, I'm not against it but I'm also not the type of person who goes to parties just to get drunk. In fact the last time I went to a party was my sophomore year, Jess forced me to go and at the end of the night I was thrown in the pool by no other Chase. I was made fun of for it for the rest of that year.

"No Jess stop asking me don't you remember what happened last time I went to a party." I stated annoyed. Jess sighs, "Look I know Chase is an asshole but I promise that won't happen again. Besides I'm pretty sure your lover boy will be there."

Her comment catches my attention instantly. "What? But he- he never goes, Are you sure?" I ask questioningly. "I'm certain. I mean, I thought you stalked his Twitter account every night. Cause if you did you would have seen his most recent post saying-" She stopped what she was about to say to pull out her phone, but I beat her to it.

"Saying, 'Hell yeah finally going to attend the greatest bonfire of all time. Finally, No Work Just Play ;). Ladies I'll be there make sure to HMU if you see me around... Maybe I can make your night one to remember ;)'." I said finishing her statement. He's going to be swarmed by girls there, so it's not like he will notice me anyway.

"Jess, he will be swarmed with girls." I said a little deflated while shaking my head. "Sabrina, please!!!" she whined. I shake my head no.

"Oh c'mon please please please please please plea-"

"Oh my god Jess, fine I'll go now shut up jeez." I said to silence her pestering. "YES!!!" Jess screamed. "I can't wait, we have to start getting ready!"

"Getting ready? Right now? It's barely 6, and the party starts at like 9. It only takes me like 30 minutes to get ready." I said. She rolled her eyes. "Sabrina I'm getting you ready. You have to have a bikini, a dress, make up, and your hair done. Just picking your outfit is going to be like an hour. If anything we might be late because I have to do my self as well." She said as if it were the most simple thing in the world. I groaned in response while she grabbed my hand and pulled me into her huge bathroom to start the process.

After almost an eternity Jess was finally finished. She dragged me to her full length mirror and showed me her masterpiece. I gasped.

"Oh my god Jess, what did you do to me, I look worse than before!" I said exaggeratedly. "Shut up Sabrina, you know you look like a sexy goddess." She said.

I'll tell you what, Jess knows what she's doing. I look amazing. My curly hair is in a half up half down pony tail, she put me in a plain black bikini with white bows on the sides of the bottom and middle of the top, and covering it was a sheer mesh white long-sleeve cover up.

Jess was right when she said we would be late because we arrived at ten and the party was already at full swing. I cringed as I saw my schoolmates in what should never even be considered a bikini grinding on drunk guys who seemed to not have a care in the world.

I turned around to tell Jess how disgusted I was with the situation and much to my surprise she disappeared on me. I freaking knew she would do that, she get's so distracted. Pulling me back to my thoughts I see the Greek god himself, Asher Reed.
