<Beatriz's Point of View>

"LEEOOOO?!" Ben yelled
"That idiot" I murmured to myself "I am going to kill him"
"He probably will be if we dont find him" Ben glared at me "Can we rest? Im going to end up like Mikey if we dont"

He then sat down next to the corridor on one side, his face looked like he wanted to die, he lied down and fell asleep

I have never seen Ben.. like this. He was always so easy going, so happy. Now, he is moody and always negative. I wished we could go back. Ever since we made that sacrifice... He was never the same. Leo was his right hand man, as much as I would love to smack Leo in the face, I.. I cant. Ben will never forgive me, and.. I will probably never say this in front of him, but.. I love him.

I shrugged it off, "Ben? Where's that other guy?"

He answered with a snore, I wanted to slap him in the face, but I couldn't. Instead, I tried the tactic I used on Leo way way back.

"MONSTERS!" I shouted

Ben rose, still groggy and felt sleepy and pulled Osiris out of his pocket. "Where?!" he tried to sound intimidating, but all I did was chuckle.

I bit my tongue to stop laughing, "Sorry, just had to wake you up"
"What now?" Ben asked, obviously annoyed
I looked left and then right, "Wheres that other guy?"

"Matt?" he asked "He is with Mikey"

"With all due respect" I asked "Whats the deal with him anyway? Why do we have to do this for him?"

Ben's eyes almost looked sad, I remember him telling me, his blue eye is for happiness while his brown is for sadness and anger. I could see his blue eye changing to brown. "You know what happened in the past"

I tried to reach out to my enchanted glasses, enchanted by Ben's mother, but I realized I left my weapons to Matt, in case he needed it for Mikey, but I remember the signature at the glass part of my glasses, 'L E O', a parting gift.

"No one blames you, Ben" I finally managed "and neither does Leo"

My voice tensed when I said 'Leo'. I felt sorry for both of them, especially for Leo. He has no clue what he has to do.. to save us all.

"If Mikey dies, then we do the same mistakes as before" Ben said "We cant let my mom get the stones of xolis!"

"Where are the three?" I asked, that peaked my curiosity "I have mostly forgotten, one of them is yours, right?"

"Emerald? Yeah, its etched in my diary" Ben replied "Its still in my house"
"The other two?" I asked
"My mom probably has either Sapphire or Amethyst, which one I dont really know, but I am almost certain he has one of them." Ben expression turned angry, "I figured that out before I ran away"

"Where can we find them?" I asked, knowing that Ben was a GPS for these kind of stuff.

"The Xolisi waterfall is where we can find sapphire, its the closest one. We go there after Mikey is conscious" Ben answered

Ben looked straight at me like my expression changed, "What?"
"The other?" Ben continued, "If its still in the same place, we find it in the reborn palace, and thats not a good memory"

"I hope it isn't there, Ben" I grumbled

"I sure hope im wrong" he agreed

I stared at him, his blue eye returned, I could clearly see he was the Ben I knew, good looking, charming, kind and happy. At least, thats what I thought.

"Thats enough rest I suppose" he said  "

I agreed, "Too much"

"I hear some-"

The dog that ran away from us at the cashier was now back, this time, seemingly growing in size, I left my staff back at the room incase Matt needed it, I forgot that I could have needed it, and surely I did. I even forgot my diamond-shaped enchanted glasses. Luckily, I found a black ballpen that probably costed 30 cents at my back pocket, I took it out. It was nothing special, I guessed, but it was better than my fists, or maybe my gas, but I was not anxious to use that again.

The dog was growing larger until I was almost sure what it was. A werewolf.

"Werewolf!" I growled, my body felt tense and like I was losing some of my senses, "Full... Full moon..?"

"Yeah" Benedict agreed, "You are right, about both"

The werewolf growled again, and then charged.

Benedict deflected the charge using his dagger I gave him, Osiris, I still cant believe he has it. He pinned the werewolf down, and was about to cut of his head, but the werewolf shook it off.

I rushed in and used the aforementioned pen and stabbed the werewolf, suddenly I felt my black pen turn into a red one. The werewolf seemed dizzy, but still stood up and charged at me. Its claws slashed through my hand, leaving a pretty good cut on it. It hurt alot, like I was forced to hold the sky.

The next few moments were dizzy, but I felt Ben trying to get me out, and in the end, the werewolf fell down and seemingly died. I fell down too, and almost fainted. I heart Ben's sad voice through the werewolf's body, "Bea.."

"Im here" I managed, dead tired, probably needed to sleep next to Mikey, but I stood up. I almost immediately fell down again but I didn't thanks to Ben. "Thanks"

"No prob" he replied, "Now, I think we should rest"

"No" I said, not knowing why, "Find Leo"

"You good?" he asked

I brushed my shirt, which was now filled with red marks, "Yeah"

After walking for 30 minutes, I saw Ben's face turn pale, "You feel something?" I asked

"Yeah" he confirmed, "I feel Leo's presence"

"We cant waste any time" I said, so we rushed and after a few more minutes we finally saw Leo unconscious on the floor with a figure none of us wanted to see again.

Venice, Ben's mother.
