Today someone asked me if I was okay. I stood there for a few seconds with like 4 people looking at me. I managed to stutter out "I-Im fi-fine. I'm fine" and everyone went back to what they were doing. After like 10 minutes I ended up having a mental breakdown and repeated "I'm not okay! I'm not okay at all" to myself.
