"Dad! Dad!" I shouted as the group of us ran up the winding stairs of his tower, most of them could not fly so we took the long way around.

"Dad!" I shouted as I burst through the door, my father was sitting crossed leg, floating in the air. He was putting a shield up around the school.

After a moment of heavy breathing, he opened his crystal blue eyes and looked at me.

"Yes? Y/N?" He asked

"Can I have access to the vault?" I responded.

"What do you need from there?"

"Weapons, armour, special magical artefacts, you get the gist, it's almost sundown and we need to protect ourselves!" I answered and he nodded, a key then materialised, floating in the palm of his hand.

It glided over to you, like a steady current of water it slid into your hand and you thanked your father.

"I love you!" I shouted to him, and I heard a faint reciprocation.

We all ran down the spiralling towers steps and into the foyer.

"Ella, you're a teleporter, right?" I questioned and she nodded.

"Okay, can you all take us to the vault, we're running out of time," I looked over to where the sun was dripping like candle wax, almost below the horizon.

It was too close.

"I've never done this many people before, but I can try."

"Don't strain yourself, princess, okay?" Charlie told her, and she nodded. We all held onto her in some way and light bent in a lucid dream, and the world turned on its axis.

Then we were in the vault.

"Sick!" I cheered. Then I looked over to Ariel; she was throwing sick.

"Ew. Sick," I groused and moved ahead to see rows upon rows of magical artefacts and armour.

"That's fucking awesome!" I looked in awe around me and Jack wrapped his arms around me.

"Go and grab some badass armour then, fight in style, and in caution," he told me and I laughed at the protective nature of his, and he nudged me forward a bit so I could put on some armour.

Rows upon rows of armour stood in cases, ranging from tight leather bodysuits to thick iron.

I saw then, what was mine.

The armour appeared feathered and dangerous and I knew it must be mine. I placed my hand on the glass bloc that held the armour and it seemed to disappear and then reappear, melting and growing on my body like water would trickle down my body.
