7. pulling away from you

I couldnt focas everything just, felt different. I never dated ashton, i really wanted too.

I sighed at my own thoughts and turned myself onto my side facing Luke, and not Ashton.

I held Luke's hand and covered my face into a pillow, I looked terrible. I felt terrible, I couldn't look at Ashton.

I kissed Luke as he was walking in, he had a look of guilt and anger, I couldnt get away from him since we live together.

I coughed and Luke's eyes immedently shot open, i could tell he was scared, nervous.

"You alright, Mae?" Luke asked peering over to Ashton

"Yeah." I murmured and looked into his blue eyes for help.

I felt like it was Edward vs Jacob all over again, but it was Luke vs Ashton

I was their Bella.

Everything came crashing down at that moment, they both had a feeling for me but i could only choose one or the other.

Tears poured down my cheeks and i tried not to sob, but they heard me.

Ashton, pushed the hair out of my face, and sat me up to face him.

"Mae, please tell me whats wrong." I was still holding onto Luke's hand

"I-I cant tell you." I whispered

"Please." Ashton begged wiping away my tears

"I'm destroying both of you, you both hate each other over me, and i hate that." I whispered into his chest

"Mae--" i stopped him by putting a finger on his lips, he held me until a nurse came in.

I refused to listen to the conversation, and burried my head into the pillows.

"Mae? Hey we're going home now." Luke whispered

"Okay." I groaned my lower half hurting

I sat up and pushed myself off the bed, and slid my slippers on that Ashton brought for me.

Somebody opened the door who looked firmillar

"Mae?"

I've been gone lately, I've been focusing on school and my writers block has been crazy bad lately.

We've been dating for almost 2 weeks now, (Saturday marks 2 weeks!)

My power is currently out due to a terrible storm, and my birthday party is being moved to Saturday (which is annoying)
