Chapter 6

Work has been really slow lately so you all are reaping the benefits of my free time.

Senku POV

It wasn't really a problem keeping Tsukasa in line for awhile. While he seemed curious about us and especially me and my intellect and skill he seemed equally interested in Asako which although annoying was incredibly helpful to keeping him away from the miracle serum and keeping his snooping at bay.

As promised I helped Asako with her baths. Even made her a bathing suit so she wouldn't feel weird being nude in front of me although I assure she would have made jokes about it. She still made inappropriate comments to me when it was just us but after a month they started to die down until it was almost nothing but pleasant chatter which in all honesty, I hated. Asako was a constant I enjoyed and the only time she laid off the jokes was when she was drooling over some dumb muscle head.

Like Tsukasa has said he would carry Asako for their hunting trips. They would always come back with plenty of food and Taiju was great for helping in all the labor to get our camp more put together but I sensed something very.....primal coming from Asako and Tsukasa. Which was my first red flag.....

Asako always dated assholes.

Although she could literally have whoever she wanted she always got with guys who were just.....off and her relationships with them would be mostly physical. The most surprising part about it was always the fact that she would dump them. She said she would just get bored of them and pretend like it didn't happen before making a sexual joke at me. But he was different....she looked at him like nothing else I had ever seen from her and it worried me.......

We were all alone out here and knowing that it would take them longer then my educated assumptions showed me they had gotten intimate after about a month, when Asako had healed fully. They spent a lot of time together hunting, training and talking. I tried to ignore the euphoric face she gave him....... he was bad news.

I remember Asako was back at camp when he told her he was going to get some fish to give us some variety. She told him to knock himself out as she stayed behind to help Taiju. I followed him to see him destroying statues on the beach, effectively killing them. When I confronted him about it he asked me about what my revival plan was and that I should consider only reviving pure youthful people. The way he killed people off with no remorse was dangerous and at that point I decided I not only that I had to keep the miracle serum a secret but I may have to take extreme measures with him and I wasn't sure how Asako would handle that......but even if she hated me I would keep her safe from him. but no matter what he couldn't know about the Revival serum....

"SENKU!!!!! THE REVIVAL SERUM FOR YUZIHURA IS READY!!!!" Taiju yelled out running towards the beach with the nitric acid in hand. The immediate shock and awe of my plan falling apart because of Taijus idiocracy made me livid for about two seconds....until I thought of a new plan. Asako was running up behind him. Her ankle had caused her to slow down so she probably lagged behind trying to stop him. She stopped behind Taiju and looked at me apologetic. I changed my face to one of confidence again.

"Revival Serum?" Asked Tsukasa as ignorantly as he could feign.

"Yes and your in for a real treat. So get
Excited. Your going to see us revive someone." He said grabbing the container for Yuzuriha and walking away with Taiju with it.

Asako POV

I was surprised Senku was going to show Tsukasa the revival process. I mean it had been several months and Tsukasa had really been trying to be trustworthy but Senku was usually very private about this process.

"You knew about this?" He asked me quietly as we walked a ways behind them. I nodded confidently.

"Yes."
