Chapter 5: Lucy are you Alive

Hey babes! Sorry for the cliff hanger... well actually im not! Mwahahaha evil. Lol nothing to say except today I have been feeling uber creative! I came up with 3 parts today alone! I have no life °-° anyways here is part 5 enjoy!

Lucy's pov

I couldn't feel anything. I couldnt hear anything. I couldnt see anything. All I sensed was darkness. It was consuming me. Taking me away from the world. I would finally be free from the torture. But then I heard something.  Yelling. I heard my voice a few times. Then a dim light appeared over head. I could hear the yelling getting louder. But not that much. The light getting closer. More details coming into focus. I hadn't died yet. I was being awakened right before I died.

Finally after what felt like ages I could see. My eyes were open. And I could hear the yelling. Tho my voice failed to work to say I was alright. I couldn't move. I felt like gravity was weighing me down. Denying me the ability to get up. I couldnt do anything but listen and hope they saw I was awake. I heard a beeping sound going from a long loud beep to a steady one. I really almost had died. Another minute and I wouldve been dead. Damn.

I heard voices. One voice that stood out against the others. That made my heart ache because he would never be mine. Natsu. He was here for me. I felt a very small and very week smile stretch across my face. I guess anyone in the room (I only knew of Natsu being there.) Saw I was awake. From the sounds of gasps only two people were there. And that was Natsu and I believe the other would be Mavis. I moved my head a bit towards Mavis and smiled showing her I was here. And alive. She had tears falling down her face. I guess that she was terrified. I closed my eyes again and took a deep breath. And I turned to face Natsu. To my surprise he had been crying a lot. His eyes bloodshot and his face glistening with tears.  I gave him my well known fake smile because inside I felt dead. That this was beyond cruel to have the man she loved be here when he loved someone else.

"Hey" I managed to croak out. My voice was barely audible. It sounded dry. He just looked at me. Crying. Then he began to speak.

"LUCY! I thought you were dead! U jumped... and u were bleeding... hardly breathing..." and he started to sob. Why?

"Natsu I-im fine. It was an a-accident" I managed to get out but it was straining my voice. I sounded like I was whispering.

"No your not Lucy! You almost died! And I know it wasnt accidental! Why!?" I couldnt look in his eyes. I just looked at the floor.

"How long have I been here?"

"Almost a half a day. You were checked in by Natsu last night. Its 7 am. And about time for Natsu to go to school. They put u in the icu. You havent been to surgery yet. You were only given blood from the amount you lost. And its about time for you to go. We were in fear you were in a coma. But now that your awake you must go get x rays then surgery." With this Natsu let more tears fall. He gave me a look. Like pain. This was the first time Mavis talked since I had woken up

"Natsu. Dont tell them please...." he cut me off

"Lucy I am telling them your in the hospital. I wont tell them about your wrists and I will tell Gray and Levy not to tell. But they need to know this. It's gotten to far. And Mavis knows Lucy. Because as a doctor. She deserves to know." With that he got up to leave.

Mavis took me to x rays and told me the damage but I wasnt really listening. She then gave me the shot that would knock me out for surgery. With that my vision went black for the second time in the past 24 hours.

Natsu's pov

After seeing lucy I went to school and ameidiatly told them what happened and I gave Gray and Levy a look saying dont say anything ok. They all freaked out. But I told them she was awake and Is going to surgery. We decided to go see her after school. And demand to know what the hell happened.
