All of this was wreaking havoc on Ed's mind, but he was still staying strong on pure will alone. When he saw movement out of the corner of his eye, he was surprised to see none other than Scar standing in the doorway crouched. As soon as he saw Ed looking at him, Scar made a gesture for him to stay quiet, and Ed responded with a tiny nod that only he saw. Nodding in return, Scar quickly and quietly made his way into the room, taking care to not bump into anything to get around behind Batin. When he was almost behind Batin getting ready to grab him Batin decided Ed wasn't being loud enough and yanked on his shaft as hard as he could causing Edward to scream in pain so suddenly and loudly it made Scar jump in shock. When he looked up to check on Ed, he found him in tears and begging him with his eye to hurry. Nodding to Ed, Scar finished getting behind Batin and grabbed him around the waist with one hand and his neck with the other, and pulled him out of Ed, then he threw him across the room before walking over to him and lifting him up by the shirt. Batin stared at Scar in surprise and fear shaking in Scar's hold. Batin tried to beg, but Scar didn't give him the chance, slamming his head into the wall causing Batin to pass out and Scar dropped him, upon turning back to Ed he was worried thinking he was unconscious only for Ed to raise his head and look at Scar through half-lidded eyes shining with pain, fear, and most of all hope.

Scar walked over to Ed.

"You ok, Fullmetal?"

Ed nodded his head yes, then shook his head no. Confused Scar started to unstrap him, starting with his mouth and asking what he meant. With a slur to his words, Ed does his best to explain.

"He drugged me, said he made them himself. Dont know how long they last or side effects. One messes with pain, other pleasure? I'm not sure what else."

Furious Scar sent a withering glare at the unconscious man before helping Ed up only for him to drop to his knees. Seeing as Ed wouldn't be walking on his own for a bit, Scar picked him up bridal style and proceeded to carry him over to the table to sit. He saw Ed's clothes nearby as well as a sink and some towels, wetting a towel he began to clean Ed of the blood, sweat, and cum.

"Did he... inside?"

His response was a shudder and a small shake of the head.

He was relieved to hear he didn't. Being careful not to move him too much, Scar helped him into his clothes. In the middle of trying to get him in his pants, Ed fell asleep against Scar's chest from all the exhaustion and pain, finally taking their toll. Scar looked at Ed and frowned upon seeing him with a flush on his cheeks and checked his forehead only to pull back and curse. Ed was running a high fever, and he looked really pale.

Unsure what else to do, he finished dressing Ed and lay him down on the table so he could deal with the one that caused all of this in the first place.

Picking Batin up, he dragged him to a chair and put him in it while he grabbed some rope and chains sitting on the table beside Ed and started tying him up. When he was done, he took the same strap that was gagging Ed and put it on Batin. Tying more rope through his binding, he made a leash out of it and went to pick up Ed.
