Chapter 6: To Trust or not To Trust

Kiyaaaah! I just can't wait for Kaycee's transformation. I bet guys would drool over her. And I can finally say to those girls who bullied her my favorite word-- BURNNNNN. Hihi~ I'm sooooo excited.

I'm here at our club room practicing our performance for the Valentine's day party. Well I just can't help but feel the excitement even when we're practicing. Hihi~

"1-2...1-2-3-4" Our drummer Lhea started the beat.

I sing like I'm already performing live. Same as my bandmates who practice like 'their not practicing'. I mean when we're practicing, we imagine that we are performing the actual performance... that's why students in this school loves Starlight.

The bell rang in the middle of our performance... its lunch time so we cut our practice.

"Uh-uhm... Zenich?" This is my bandmate Nate.

"Yes?" I asked in a cheerful tone.

"Uhm.., l-let's have lunch together! J-just the two of us!" Eh? Lunch? And he looks nervous... maybe its because he likes me? Because you know, girls kinda have a radar that they'll feel if a guy likes them. Only Kaycee doesnt have that I guess.

"I really want to but I have something to do today with my best friends, maybe tomorrow?" I answered in a sweet-tone, I dont want to turn him down. And besides, his a nice guy.

"O-okay tomorrow will be my treat..." He then smiled at me, and said good bye.

Yeeeeyyyy I almost see them... I was walking towards them but I bumped someone. And as I saw who's that someone I bumped, veins started to throbbed in my forehead. Why? I just bumped the eviliest person I know. Even though there's no such word as "eviliest".

She's Brina Maxell, the richest student of our university. The daughter of Mr. George Maxell-- the owner of this university. She's obviously a spoiled brat who gets everything she wants. Everything also means everyone for her. That's why she's pure evil.

She can't accept that she's just the top 4 in this year's survey for the most popular students in this university. Well duhh... she should be happy by now, I mean she doesn't even deserve to be in top 5... oh wait I forgot, she deserve being in top 5 because she's the most popular bully.

"Watch where you're going!" She shouted. Students started to look at us.

"You' re the one who doesn't look, you're texting while walking!" I shouted back. She looked humiliated so she just snobbed everyone and walked away.

Serves her right. Even though she pretend that she's good everyone in this university knows that she's evil. But they couldn't hate her or say something bad against her, remember-- she is the daughter of Mr. George Maxell--the owner of this university.

"Zeny!" Arry called me... I almost forgot why I went here. I quickly went to where they were seated on.

"Oh gosh Zeny, you were so brave to talked back at her!" Tory raised her right hand offering me a high five. I clapped at her's as response.

I looked at Kaycee and as usual she's reading a boring book. Oh well, I leaned to Arry and Zeny and asked "So... what's the plan?".

"We have to make Kaycee smile!" Tory shout-whispered.

"What!? that is soooo easy!" I asked shockingly.

"Easy... if it's not Kaycee" Tory replied.
