The car was heading to a nearby ice cream parlour. The distance was short but seemed long. Omo! Why am I suddenly so nervous? Sitting inside the car was so quiet and the only thing you can hear is the music from the music player. Kai, on the other hand, looks so concentrated on driving...I checked my phone but there was no messages. Hmph. What should I do?

"Hey." I said, breaking the awfully awkward silence.

"What?" He replied.

"Erm... what is your favourite ice cream flavour?" I asked.

"Cookies and cream. You?" He immiediately replied with glee.

"Jinja? That's my favourite too, omo!" I exclaimed gleefully with a cheerful grin.

"Copycat." He answered with a poker face.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? It's geniunely my favourite. It's your business if you don't believe me." I shot back, feeling pissed.

"C'mon, take a chill pill. I was just joking, seriously." He laughed.

We chatted for the rest of the time in the car ride and talked about silly things. It was seriously great, having someone next to you who seemed like a total opposite to me but somehow we could attract somewhat well!

Suddenly, I saw a familar pink figure ahead of me.

"It's thereeee~!" I exclaimed, pointing to the pink figure.

Kai turned into the parking space and here we are, at the ice cream parlour! Collete's Ice Cream! We walked in together, not hand in hand though haha because we ain't a couple unlike most of the customers entering the ice cream parlour. As we entered the parlour, the place was decorated with glittery pink wallpapers, with sequins on it, lots of minature dolls on the shelf where it displayed the merchandise sold and also, the pink ladies! Those waitresses dress in a pink dress with a white apron! Since young, the place has never changed and it was my dream to work here as a waitress due to the facscinating dresses the waitresses wore heehee~ (check media for the pic of the cafe~)

"Table for two? OMG IS THAT YOU KAI?!" The waitress asked.

"Yes." Kai answered.

"May I take a picture with you please?" The waitress pleaded.

Kai agreed. EXO must be so popular that there are fans, even here. Suddenly a swarm of girls rushed to Kai for a picture. Geez, what should I do? I walked to an empty table to wait for him to finish his business.

"Oops, sorry. Perks of being a famous star's 'good' friend." He emphasised on the word 'good' as if it was a sacarsm.

I gave a look of annoyance and then the waitress came back to take our orders.

"Need any recommendations?" She winked, directly at Kai. He smirked and winked back.

ARGH. I seriously don't know why I am so pissed and annoyed. FLIRTING?! In front of me? Geez.

"Sure." I replied, with a slight tone of annoyance.

"......"

WHAAAAAAT?! SHE'S IGNORING ME? -____________- She kept on looking at Kai, twirling her hair and winking at him.

"I give up." I blurted out without realising it. I seriously can't be bothered dealing this annoying waitress in front of me, flirting with the guy in front of me.

Wait a moment, why am I suddenly so angry over the waitress flirting or anything. I am not his girlfriend or anything. I was merely here just for a 'compensation'. Am I falling for him? I hope not!
