The story has timeskipped to Halloween. Because Ayano wasn't around, Taro got with Osoro.
As Osana and Raibaru approached the corn maze, the worries began. This was a very big corn maze, bigger than Akademi's hedge maze. Osana never liked the idea of mazes, and getting lost in them, but this maze, The Scarecrow's Maze, which had paid actors, was something Raibaru was looking forward to- it was the reason they came to Hinata's Pumpkin Patch. As they got closer to the entrance, Osana grabbed Raibaru's hand tightly.
"Are you afraid?"
"N-no! Why would you say that? D-dummy." Osana was afraid the embarrased look on her face would give away the fact that she really was scared- she didn't want to appear weak to her girlfriend. She felt Raibaru's hand leave from her hand to the opposite shoulder, comforting her.
"It's okay if you want to wait for me here. I know you hate mazes."
"No, I want to come with you! How could I let you go in alone if I'm scared?" The giggle from Raibaru made Osana blush with embarrassment. "Raibaru, stop teasing me!" Osana pouted.
"Alright, Pumpkin Pie!"
"Baka!" Osana turned her face as a leaf fell from a nearby tree onto her nose. She blew at it lightly, and it fell on her face again. She blew harder, and longer, and it once again fell on her face. This time she shit her eyes tightly and blew as long and hard as she could, it making a noise this time. The third time she felt it fall on her face, she pulled it off, ripped it up, and stomped on it. Small laughs came from her girlfriend, and she covered her face in embarrassment.
"Let's just go!"
A scarecrow, a farmer, a clown, and a pig had jumpscared the couple by now, and Osana was shaking with fear. They were finally approaching the exit, when Osana felt something on her face.
"Ah," she screamed, jumping back to see the amber leaf fall onto the floor.
"It's just another leaf, like before we started the maze!"
"Raibaru, I love you, but do you have to bring that up?"
"Mhm!"
Osana grumbled something unintelligible, and they left the maze.
