When the world was new
Thirst was blue
For which now it lacks
Thirst is black
Yes,
Thirst is black
One day
I looked up at the sky
I saw a face
Droplets falling from her face
She wanted something
I ask her
'Are you hungry?'
She said
'no'
'Are you thirsty?'
' -
- '
her speech wasn't heard
Maybe it was heard
but wasn't noticed.
I realized that
that things take for granted
get taken back
and when that happens
probably
nature's gonna reveal
its darker side
And that's why
the thirst is for black
because
we have forsaken the blue
And when
important is
not given importance
eventually ,
everyone will have
collapsed
.

This is a short poetry on saving water, something that we have taken so much for granted.
It's high time that we start fighting for it as it is so important. More than 75% of the water in this entire planet has become polluted. It's for obvious that is not an easy task to purify all the water for the betterment of all organisms but if alone we can do a little to clean as well as save it, together we are saving an entire generation.
