Ω Remus POV Ω

Lockhart had to come and personally release the jinx which too many threats and persuasion tools to get him to do it. It was only on me for a short time so I was fine and sent back to school with some pain medicine to help out my soar joints.

The rest of the day would have been uneventful if it weren't for the fact that Sirius told me that we were having a meeting in the kitchen's at eight. My guess was that it had something to do with my transformation tomorrow so I gave him a small distracted nod in the hall before wobbling my way to my next class.

Finally six rolled around. I slowly made my way to the kitchens from the Ravencalw Tower. Still wasn't sure what I was doing in there but I still lacked the energy to care and ask.

I often had to take breaks on my way down felling like and hundred tear old man. I planned on talking with Sirius and the other guys then make may way to the infirmary to spend tomorrow resting and preparing myself for the worst.

I arrived at the kitchen some time after six. I prayed that he was still inside and that they hadn't left me just because I was slow and far away.

I enter the room asking one of the house elves if Sirius was still there. "Master Black is.in the sitting area with Master Potter. Does Master Lupin want Sarah to take you there?" The house held squeaked.

I sent her the warmest smile I could muster in a time like this. "That would be perfect thank you Sarah." I whispered. Sarah's faced red send as she giggles taking my hand and gently leading me towards my best friends.

The sight was quiet odd for one Sirius sat wearing a Hufflepuff sweater and James sat in his robes a Slytheren tie drapped crossed his shoulders remaining untied. James also seemed to be lacking his glasses.

The only normal thing was that they were chatting away and laughing like normal. I looked down at the house elf muttering a small thanks before she disappeared back to her duties.

I stood there awkwardly for a few seconds before clearing my throat a little drawing the attention of Sirius and James towards me. I offer a weak smile.

A huge grin danced across Sirius's face. "Moony so glad you could make it you like death just like normal." I grinned sending him a playful glare as I slowly found a seat.

"How ya feelin'?" James asked elbows on his knees leaning towards him concern laid on his face.

"Husting, tierd, hungry, and confused." I listed really wishing I could just sleep for an eternity.

"I connect with the confused part for sure." Sirius said his face getting a bit serious.

Soon we found ourselves discussing what we knew about being in a different house. I was the least amount of help since it barely had been something that I had noticed until it was know clearly laid out in front of me.

"Wait I'm no the only one who woke up in the wrong house?" I whispered my eyes closed.

Sirius barked, "Nope we all did, well all except Peter, I guess"

"Where is Peter?" James asked a little concern on his face.

Sirius's face paled. "Oops I guess I forgot to talk to him. And I also didn't really see him at so...uhh hehe" I rolled my eyes a bit disappointed in him.

They often forgot to invite him and just figured he would be there so I normally made sure he knew. That was one of the reasons Peter didn't feel completely welcomed there.

"You two have to stop forgetting about him or its going to stab you in the back later." I reminded the two messaging my forehead.

"Please Peter can't even hurt a fly, but yeah your right he have been crapy friends lately." James admitted. I knew they could be jerks, Sirius and James, but they could always swallow their pride for at least their friend which meant a lot.

"Its fine one of you got to do it next time not me though because he needs some reassurance." I said in might as well have been a fatherly tone. The two nodded knowing teasing him right now would do no good.

"Alright next order of business since we have no answer about what's going on," James paused before continuing, "What..we how do we go about your moon situation while were in a bit more separate."

I sighed deeply knowing this would come up. "First can you can still...uh shift, I guess is the best way to put it."

Sirius took this as his ques so he stood up and did whatever it was he did to get himself yo shift. It unfortunately didn't work. Sirius frowned turning to James so that he could try as well. James followed a similar but also came out empty handed.

"I am not going through that process again." Sirius growled frustrated.

"Its fine you guys I didn't think you could anyways," I reassured. "My friends from Ravenclaw apparently know about me...not sure how but that's not entirely important. One of the girls is convinced she has some wolf bane that could help me and I told her I would try it out this time."

James and Sirius starred at him shooked both still on the fact that some Ravenclaw kids know. Slowly it all processed in there minds which I was happy to give them time for it was a moment of quiet.

"Well I guess that's covered this time around," Sirius declared. "I have one more thing. I noticed that if we four were never friends that means this school has no idea about us Marauders and so they won't expect it to come."

James eye widened mischeviously. "Not to mention the teachers won't instantly point fingers at us all." They both got a child like excitement on there faces just thinking of all the ways to 'torture' the school.

They looked at me almost asking for permission. I didn't even bother to fight them on this one so I just said that as long as they make sure Peter was involved and he was feeling better then he was up for the task.
