Prolouge

     She hated them, she hated them with everything she had and then some. She hated him for being the love of her life. She couldn't deny that she loved him, no matter how much she hated him. He made her feel love, and wanted. He made her feel whole, and then drained her of everything she had. She hated poseidon with every cell in her body,even as her love for him flooded her heart.
    
     She despised her, loathed her, absolutely and utterly detested her. She felt such raw, painful emotions she couldn't find enough words to describe it. She wanted her gone, dead. She wanted the existence of her erased from history, if that were possible. Her anger towards her was so deep, it rose from the depths of Tartarus. She had everything taken away, and was only given back the things she despised the most. Athena ruined her life, and all her emotions boiled down to one thing, jealousy.
    
     Medusa had learned to hate a world that wouldn't love her back, even if it wanted to. She had been cursed, tossed on the road, and left to fend for herself. She could never feel the love she had felt before, and was only left with the bitter aftertaste. But she savored it, she savored every ounce it because she was so desperate to remember, terrified to forget. She thought she would always be left with this sour taste of forgotten love,until she tasted hers, until she tasted Agnessa.
    
     Agnessa was a beauty unto herself, although she couldn't see it. She had been one of the one who couldn't be caught under medusa' s curse, one of the "lucky" ones in this situation . She was blind, both physically and metaphorically. She couldn't see the world around her, and she couldn't see the hate in it. She walked through the world with what some called ignorant bliss, others would call it childlike innocence. But these words didn't matter to Medusa, all that mattered was that she had found the love she had longed for, and he was gonna cherish it for as long as she would.
