When lights come off
And we lay beside each other
As silence fills the air
And we sighed awkwardly
When the night comes
And heavy rain pours
As we sip our drinks
And stare at each other
I guess you could say that we stayed
When sun came up
And sunbeams glazed your back
I smiled unknowingly
I love this.
When wheat fields danced in blowing air
And summer air burnt our skin
I looked at you as your eyes closed and arms wide open
Embracing the warm air that's caressing your body.
When orange leaves fall softly
And as the warm fuzzy sweats you wear hung perfectly on your body
I sneezed and smiled while looking at your back.
I love this
But as icy cold winter air surrounds us
And white tears of the sky fell
We argued and argued
And now the spring came.
Trees have regained its leaves
But here i am standing near the porch still waiting for you
