After a while of me hiding, I leave and head back to the house. I seriously need to move out. I lay in bed and Iris walks in after awhile.

"Hi Char." She says looking at me. I smile at her, rubbing away the tears, but she still notices. "Why have you been crying?" She says her smile fading as she comes to sit down next to me.

"It's nothing. You know, we should head to Jitters, have a talk session." I say, smiling at her.

She nods and we head out to Jitters. We order coffee, me my usual cappuccino, and just talk. I got to learn more about when I was in my coma and she asked about what it was like in my coma but it was like a long sleep. I fell unconscious and next thing I know I'm waking up in S.T.A.R. Labs. I don't remember anything else.

"You know I love it at the house but I think I'm going to get a small apartment soon or something. It's just too crowded." I say to Iris and she chuckles.

"I get where you're coming from. If and when the time comes, I promise to help." She says smiling.

"Thanks Iris." I say. "By the way I know that Barry was supposed to meet you here for the science but I know he's not coming so if you pretend to be mad at him tomorrow I will help you."

She nods. "You're a lifesaver, Charlie." She says smiling. I explain the science stuff to her and then we head home.

Before I go to bed I lay on my computer and look at small apartments around town. I find what looks like a very nice, small little house that is really cheap and in the same area of town as my family. I decide I will go check it out tomorrow.

"Come to yell at me again?" Barry asks as Joe walks through the door.

"Simon Stagg's head of security was murdered last night. The coroner took some skin samples. Hopefully they belong to the killer. See if you can find a match." Joe says ignoring Barry's comment and handing Barry an envelope.

"Can't be a coincidence that Stagg's benefit was attacked last night." I say, walking over to join the conversation.

"I'm going to interview Stagg now." Joe says, leaving.

"I'll come with you." Barry says instantly.

"Your job is in here. Stay in here and do it." Joe says annoyed.

"Hey, Dad." Iris says.

"Hey, baby. Gotta go." Joe says leaning over to kiss Iris on the cheek while she looks as Barry and I questioningly.

"Why is my dad mad at you?" She asks once he had walked away.

"Work stuff." Barry says looking not looking up from the swab in his hand. He turns around and sees an annoyed Iris. "Why are you mad at me?"

"You were supposed to meet me at jitters to give me some scientific background for my article. And I didn't show up. And now I have to come up with a new article topic in 24 hours or I fail the assignment." Iris says pretending to be annoyed. I look away to stop myself from giggling.

"Iris--" Barry starts to say.

"Don't say that you're sorry. Okay, I know that you are. What I don't know is what is going on with you." She says looking at him as she sighs. I realize this is no longer just about keeping her promise. "We grew up one bedroom down from each other. Do you honestly think that I don't know when you're happy? Or sad or depressed or lost? I'm gonna ask you one last time, Barry Allen, and you better be honest with me. What the--" Time seems to pause for just a millisecond. "hell is going on with you?" Iris finishes her sentence.

That's when the machine beeps telling us that the test is done. Barry turns back around and gets his test results to look at while Iris walks around the desk.

"We are not done talking about this." She says.

"That's impossible." Barry says.

"There was a murder last night. These skin cells belong to the murderer, but these cells are naive. Stem cells that they can replicate and become any cell the body needs. They only come from babies." I elaborate for Iris.

"This means your killer is what, a newborn?" Iris says confused. Both Barry and I look at each other.

We walk downstairs to tell somebody but everyone is rushing around. "What's going on?" I ask a cop. He looks at me while rushing by.

"Somebody's shooting up Stagg industry." He says to me. I nod and thank him.

"Barry I have to house interview. Have you got this?" I ask him quietly. He nods to me.

"Okay. Be careful. I love you." I say to him before he runs away.

I get my things ready but stick around my phone. I head out to the the house and it is relatively nice but kind of old, worn down, and needs to be fixed up.

I meet with the owner and we talk for while, "Its a nice house, with a solid, open layout, but it needs to be fixed up. Its a project I haven't had time for but I'm sure that it can be made into something nice with a good amount of time." They say.

"Honestly, I love the layout and the framework seems pretty solid. I do very much like the house." I say. I have been thinking about the house and I did possibly have Barry run me here yesterday to have a look at it. It needs some definite fixing but I have always been a fan of fixing things and I think I'm going to get it. I talk to the owner about holding the house until I talked to the bank and luckily because of the looks he said he would still give it to whoever pays the highest but that I would probably be the only one looking.
