Chapter 5
A rustling came from one of the nearby buildings. I made my way over, was someone in there? Was SHE in there? I walked in with curiosity, wonder, want, running through my mind. Want to know if someone was in there, want to know who it was, want... to see her again. A black figure moved in the shadows. "Hello?" I called to the figure. It moved away quicker. And then it ran, it ran out of the shadows, it ran into the dim moon light. "Chloe" I whispered.
