It has been 2 months since I defeated Alfi. Ever since I've became Jarl of Enga and the surrounding lands everything has been flourishing. My wife Sassa is now with child. I hope for a son so he can carry on my legacy.
"A traveler requests an audience with you Sir" Said one of the slaves. "Hmmm.... A traveler you say? Send him in" said Ulfborn. In walks Ulfbjorns brother Thorsten. "Hello brother!!! Long time no see!!!" Said Thorsten. "Brother!!! Finally returned from your journey! Slave!!! Get my brother some ale!!!" Said Ulfborn. "Ulfborn I'm very happy to be home! But I have a very important message from Jarl Hackett of Mjola. He says that he wants to discuss a alliance in effort to counter attack their enemies." Said Thorsten.
"Brother you have just returned home... If Jarl Hackett wants to speak to me he can come to Enga himself. I will send 2 of my men to go request that he come here and speak to me personally." Said Ulfbjorn. "Slaves!!! Prepare a feast for everyone!!! We shall celebrate the coming home of my brother!!!" Said Ulfbjorn.
The next day Jarl Hackett shows up with 9 of his men. "Hello Jarl Hackett...You and your men can follow me to the longhouse where Ulfbjorn is" Said Thorsten. "Welcome Jarl Hackett. So what is it that you need to speak to me about?" Said Ulfbjorn. "Mjola has been at war with Horoadalr and we haven't been doing so well. So I am here today to ask for your assistance in battle against Horoadalr." Said Jarl Hackett. "What you ask of me is a lot. What do we get out of this?" Said Ulfborn. "We offer everything taken during the raid of Horoadalr." Said Jarl Hackett."I will discuss it with my people during our feast tonight. You and your men are welcome to attend." Said Ulfbjorn.
Later that night during the feast Jarl Ulfbjorn gathers everyone in the longhouse because he has a important question. "Hello people of Enga!!! I hope you all are enjoying the feast!!! Some of you may have seen that Jarl Hackett of Mjola is here joining us tonight. He came asking me to help with the current war against Horoadalr. He offers us all of the spoils of war if we help him in raiding them. So I ask you the people of Enga...Do we go to war or not?" Said Ulfborn." WAR!!!" Roars the crowd. "Well Jarl Hackett... You have our assistance!"
"Jarl Hackett may I speak to you outside?" Said One of Hackett's trusted warriors. "Of course Hjort!" Said Jarl Hackett. Jarl Hackett and Hjort find a safe place to talk outside of the longhouse. "So what is it you need to talk to me about Hjort?" Said Jarl Hackett. "Jarl you know I would never question you on a decision, but are you sure this is the right choice? Jarl Ulfbjorn and his men seem like they are ready for a war?" Said Hjort. "Hjort... I trust you with my life... you are one of my most trusted warriors. I need you to trust that setting up Jarl Ulfbjorn is the right decision. Now it is just a matter of where, when, and how will we do it." Said Jarl Hackett. "I trust you Jarl" said Hjort. "Good... Now lets get back before anyone notices." Said Jarl Hackett.
