Fugoleon x Reader

You met the eyes of the Crimson Lion's captain, he had a smile on his face as he raised his hand for you. You blushed as you quickly glanced to see several other captains had raised their hands for you too, William of the Golden Dawn, Yami of the Black bulls, Charlotte of the Blue Roses. Your eyes met Fugoleon's again, of course you were going to choose his squad he was the one who invited you to join the Magic Knights in the first place.

"The Crimson Lions." You said just loud enough for them to hear. Fugoleon put his hand down with a smile, glad you chose his squad. You walked away and got your robe, you put it on just as the ceremony of people going into the squads ended. Fugoleon found you looking down at your robe, he crossed his arms and hummed gently.

"It looks good on you." You looked up to see that gentle smile he had given you the first day you both met. You smiled warmly walking up to him rubbing your arms, he placed his hand on your shoulder.

"Thank you captain..." You said looking up, he led you to the head quarters so you don't have to get lost trying to find it.

"No need to be nervous, everyone is nice and will treat you like family here." He said, you nodded as he removed his hand off of your shoulder. As you both arrived you looked around noticing all eyes on you, you cleared your throat looking down seeing everyone staring at you. He noticed how uncomfortable you got and he wrapped an arm around your shoulder to relax you. You shifted underneath his arm as he called someone you assumed was his brother since they looked alike.

"Leo, can you show her around. I have a lot of paper work to do, and I can't really put it off." He said, Leo nodded his head with a smile.

"Yeah big bro."

"This is my brother Leo, Leo this is (Y/N). When you are done showing her around bring her back to my office." He said, Leo gave two thumbs up and Fugoleon patted your head. You blushed and looked down rubbing your neck slightly.

"Come on (Y/N)." He took your hand pulling you down the halls.

"So you are the girl big brother couldn't stop talking about."

"He talks about me?"

"Yep, between me and you I think he is totally in love with you."

"EHH!!!??? I do~" You trailed off seeing Leo get hit in the head by a hand, you turned your head to see Fugoleon ready to kill Leo.

"Owe..."

"You are suppose to show her around not spit out nonsense."

"Aren't you suppose to do your work?" Leo mumbled.

"Yes, but I had a bad feeling you were going to say or do something to the poor girl."

"Hey..."

"I will show her around instead." Fugoleon said sighing as Leo snickered and ran off.

"Sorry about him, I didn't think he would say such things." Fugoleon said rubbing his neck, knowing his secret was out now.

"It's okay, plus I doubt he was being serious. I doubt you would like me in any romantic ways." You said shrugging, Fugoleon stared at you before smiling warmly at you.

"Why do you say that?"

"Huh? Why? Well again look at me compared to you, plus I am a commoner you are a royal." You said shrugging your shoulders, the way you though sort of hurt Fugoleon since he actually did have feelings for you. You two met three months ago, and whenever he had a little bit of free time, he would visit you until he convinced you to join the Crimson Lions. He held your hand gently leading you showing you the cafeteria.

"What if I told you, your way of thinking is wrong?"

"What do you mean?"

"I don't care about status, no one in my family does. So if I fall in love with a commoner per say, I can. Status means nothing to me, only the heart." He said poking your chest where your heart was. You looked at him, and he gave you a smile, and you blinked even more tilting your head to the side.

"So are you saying you do like me?"

"What if I said yes?"

"I would say you are blind and crazy." You said shaking your head putting your hands behind your back, Fugoleon stopped walking grabbing your arm. You turned back to look at him, and he walked closer to you.

"Well if I am blind and crazy, then you made me that way. I say that because I am head over heels for you, and I would do anything to make you mine." Your eyes widen, and he stroked your hair behind your ear. He let go of your arm before walking ahead of you. You were shocked but jogged to catch up to him.

"This is my office, I will walk you to your room." He said finishing the tour up, you couldn't believe that this man just confessed his love to you and continued on with the tour as if nothing just happened. You both stopped outside what you assumed was your room.

"Did you mean what you said?" You asked looking up at him, he glanced down before leaning down kissing your forehead.

"Yes, but I won't force you into a relationship. I want you to fall for me just as hard as I fell for you. So I will give it time, when you are ready I will court you."

"You can't just say things like that Fugoleon~" You said smack his arm, he smiled turning his back to you.

"Yet I just said it. I am serious I want to marry you when the time is right. I want you to be mine fully." He said walking off. Your mouth dropped open unable to believe the conversation you both just had. You watched as he disappeared and you walked into your room, placing a hand over your heart.

"Geez that guy, I bet he just wanted to make it easier to pursue me instead of waiting until his days off to see me." You said puffing your cheeks, but you couldn't help but smile at the thought of being Fugoleon's wife.
