i stepped into the room and there he was. sitting up. he looked tired, sore, and exhausted. "annie?" he spoke out, catching me from my gaze. "hey, hey bud." i cry, running over to him. "i'm so sorry" i whisper, hugging him tight. "it wasn't your fault. i should've listened to you when you asked to drive me home." "asher be quiet, i love you" "i love you too, but Annie, i can't be with you if this is what i cause you. You deserve so much better, you don't deserve me, the guy who always seems to make you miserable. Please don't say anything, just i think it's best if we stay apart for some time. i'll always love you, and i won't stop, but i need time."

a/n i can't explain how thankful i am to all of you people you all mean so much to me, and i can't wait to get back into writing after schoolwork- i was finding it hard coming up with ideas, and schoolwork was getting in the way, but now i've got a routine sorted i can update more
