I See The Light

The ice was gone, Elsa had her happy ending, we'll for me though? It was just the beginning. I asked a while back what restaurant in town she like the best. She laughed of course, but from what we have now, that question was worth it. She replied with, "Royal's Delight"

I was in a booth, quite like Granny's, but it was made of silver and red velvet seats. I sat across from her, sure, I loved her, but I wanted an angle where I could look at her all night. I never told her this, but tonight was special.

"Killian, how'd you find a place like this? I must say, you weren't kidding a month ago when you said you knew how to plan an evening." Her laugh, smile, beauty, all of it was perfect. She really was, a true princess. I just smiled, that's all. "We'll you were the one who said this place was great, so I went with it"

She looked at me a bit confused and shocked. "Wait really? I thought that question you asked me two years ago was just a joke!" I laughed. "Well, I am full of surprises aren't I miss Swan?"

We ate out dinner and chatted all night long. The villains, monsters, the fighting. We never thought it was ever going to end, but look at us now. We're together on a date at the Royal's Delight restaurant. Nothing would be more perfect, except...

"Swan? I've, well...I've been meaning to give you something. Took some time, but I managed." I made a playful smirk as she smiled. "Oh really? What's that then captain?"

"I never told you this, but I used to sing when I was your age, maybe even younger." I raised my left brow. She gasped. "No way..."

I walked out of the booth and eaded for the front stage grabbing a guitar I borrowed from Mr.Gold. I might've had a hook, but this guitar was specially designed for me to hold. I wrapped the guitar around me and tapped the mic. "We'll hello lads, I'm here tonight to play for the wonderful princess Emma Swan, if you wouldn't mind."

Everyone turned there seats towards the stage and looked at me with all smiles. Some people below I knew. There was Smee and a bit of my crew, Ariel and her prince Eric, and Emma who moved her seat behind the crowd. I calmly sighed as I began to play.

I head a mic being turned on, ignoring it, the other one singing joins in. I realized, it's Emma.

We were soon inches away from each other. We were both too caught up with our singing. There was still a crowd, some loved the singing as well. Time to make a perfect ending. I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to me.
"Now you're here...it's crystal clear. I'm where I'm meant to go. Now, that I..."

As I leaned in, our lips connected. The entire restaurant clapped and applauded to our little show. I was finally happy. She was happy. We were happy. She whispered into my ear.

"Now that I...see you."
