I crawled out of my huge double bed, yawning. "Good morning Japan," I whispered, placing me feet on the ground and stretching out. "Good morning Cait-chan!" Sojiro laughed, "Your up early!" I nodded, he walked off, coming back with a chocolate cornet for me and Kona. I laughed and grabbed it out of his hand, "Thanks!"
I was tieing up my hair when Kona walked in, yawning, with hair like she had just gotten up. "Morning Cait-chan," "Morning Kona-chan, up late gaming?" She nodded and yawned again, "Red uniform remember?" She reminded as I got my blue one from the cupboard, I quickly swapped them and nodded, "Thanks Kona," She poddered out of the room. I pulled my uniform on and finished tieing up my hair then I chucked a white bow into the hair lackey. I walked out into the hall, my totoro bag in hand, it was so heavy; with my 4 notepads and my pencil case and lunch. "Kona, are you ready?" I called, knocking on her door. "Come on in!" She called, I opened the door to see her sitting in her uniform desperately trying to finish what appeared to be last nights homework. I walked over, looking at the homework on her desk, "Would you like some help Kona?" She looked up desperately. I began to work on her maths, algebra, which was a little confusing in japanese, but I guess I mostly understood.
We were dashing out the door, running as fast as we could to the train station. We were going to be late. "I'll take the blame for this Kona," I shouted as we dashed. She looked over, slowing down and beginning to walk onto the train. "Cait, I can't let you take the blame for me," I laughed, "Yes you can Kona!" We both laughed, "If you insist," She laughed. We squished onto the train in the morning rush, gasping for air. I grabbed out for Kona's hand, shouting out above the noise, "Kona!" She ducked under the tall man in front of me and grabbed my hand, "It's all good, I gotcha," I nodded, it was so crowded.
Standing outside the gates were a tall, pink haired girl and two girls with purple hair, one with long hair in pigtails, the other with short hair with a bow. They were waving at Kona and possibly to me as we ran up. "Guys this is Caitlin, my home stay, she will be staying with me and my dad for a year and I'm taking care of her!" She smiled, I bowed, " It's nice to meet you all," I smiled. "I'm Kagami and this is my sister Tsukasa, she's kinda an airhead," The girl with the long, purple hair said, rolling her eyes. "I'm Miyuki," The pink haired girl said, pushing her glasses back. We rushed into class.
"Please welcome our new student, Caitlin, who will be studying with us for a whole year," Kuroi-sensei said, smiling I think. I took a seat next to Kona, with Tsukasa on the other side of me. I swear we were 10minutes into the lesson when I stopped furiously taking notes to ask Kona something, but she was asleep. I turned to Tsukasa instead, but she was daydreaming into space. How in the world to they pass?
It was lunch and we were sitting at a table in the cafeteria. Kagami, Tsukasa and Miyuki were all chatting to me and Kona, it was great. "Ugh guys, how do you eat this?" I said, pointing to the choco cornet. Kona laughed, "You eat the head first," I pointed to the thin end, she nodded. "Well I tear the thin end and dip it in the chocolate at the fat end," Miyuki whispered. I laughed, "Sounds about right, how about I try it tomorrow Miyuki-chan?" She smiled, I went to bite into the cornet; Kagami quickly placed a serviette on my lap. I took a bite, the chocolate oozed out of the other end, I quickly licked it before it dropped. This was one weird food.
After school, Kona dragged me, Kagami and Tsukasa to the manga store then to her game store. I ended up buying a whole heap of manga because they are so cheap! I bought about 50volumes between all my favorites. At the game store, I got distracted by all the plushies and bought heaps. Oh god what have I done?
