(Mark and Rachel stop at a sign down the road . Both stunned as they try and recover from the ringing in their ears brought on by the shriek. As soon as their hearing returns)...  What was that Mark ?! That thing..It ... Oh My God it got Thomas! ... (Rachel then began to sob.) Mark with a deep sigh clears his throat ... Rachel, listen to me we have to get out of here.  I want you to take this phone and call the police. Rachel interrupts and says " What about Thomas?" Rachel dammit!!! I don't think we can save Thomas . Didn't you see it got them both ?! ... Now we have to go before we end up like... (Radio turns on a static is heard ) ... What the hell?.. (Rachel reaches for her phone and as she checks it she noticed the no service icon replaced by the operator symbol. Gripped by fear She peers back at Mark and the two for an instance understand each other... ).. Mark drive ! .. (Radio comes back on ) "Can't Run !" ... Mark utters " What the hell?".. "Don't Look or it takes you!" .. (Rachel begins to scream as she demands he drives as the radio continues to speak and yet then a siren is heard in the distance .)  Oh thank God .. Let's go ! Rachel retorts "No"! I'm not going back there ! That thing is still there ! . We either wait here and die or go towards the men with guns ?! ... (As the two walk back to Simon's apartment , on the scene are the two officers Dunlap and Banks) ...

This is Officer Dunlap and Officer Banks we may have a confirmed casualty .( The Officer glances around the apartment after radioing dispatch.)  Jesus Christ ... (Upon the ceiling near the fan laid spelled out in blood "Help Me" )...  What kind of sick twisted... ( Just then Rachel screams for the two officers) Yes ma'am , are you alright ? Officer yes we were here and we got attacked . There was this thing! (The two officers gave each other a glance as officer Dunlap spoke up as Banks proceeded back inside. ) Now listen young lady what thing ? Like an animal or something ? No it was a thing ! (Mark interjects at this time.) No Officer she is obviously in shock.  We believe it was that homeless killer . He must have followed us here and attacked and killed Simon . So the owner of this apartment you confirm is dead? Yes officer . .. (Officer Dunlap radios this in as Rachel and Mark bicker amongst themselves as to what they saw . However inside Officer Banks comes to a true terrifying realization.) ... (Banks returns inside only to find the mangled torn apart body of Simon hung on the ceiling fan . )   Oh my God! .. (Before Officer Banks can radio backup , he feels something whip past him..) Hello?! .. If anyone's in here I'm going to need you to come out quietly with your hands up ! This is the police !. (Now outside Officer Dunlap overhears Banks over the arguing of Rachel and Mark and orders them into his car and to stay there until they come return . The two of them comply and watch on nervously ...)   Their going to die Mark because you were too damn scared to tell them the truth ! Oh right like they'd believe a demon thing is in there and going to kill us all ! ... (Inside Dunlap assists Banks as they study the corpse of Simon. Suddenly a note falls out of Simon's pocket.  Officer Banks picks up the note and reads if aloud . ) "Your Next"...?? What the hell is.. (Suddenly they notice in the corridor near the bedroom a dark shadow begins to form with Thomas crouched in the corner.)  Young man are you ok? (Thomas Sobbing ) It killed him... Who killed him son? Was it the homeless man from before ? .. (Thomas then pauses . ) I killed him... but it made me do it I swear ! (The two officers look at each other as Banks brings Thomas out in handcuffs and puts him in the back of his squad car as more officers and the Coroner and the detectives arrive. Among them is detective Kelly White . As the investigation team examines the scene and Dunlap debriefs the detective he approaches the vehicle .)  Good evening . I'm going to have you three all brought down to the precinct for a bit of questioning . (They all nod in agreeance but as Kelly briefly glances over at Thomas he thought he saw him with no face and glances back over at him.)   Everything ok sir ? Um, yes I believe so young lady . See you at the precinct ....
