A Grim Fate
( At Mark's place he and his family are watching the news as a breaking news segment comes on about what happened at Surge's Station shortly after the detectives left his home. )
This just in . A wave of violence seems to be befalling all of Port Richey . Just shortly after the grizzly scene at the District 2 Precinct , another brutal scene occurred at the Surge's Station gas chain . The bodies of Edwin Jacobs and Jackson Crockett were found brutally massacred in the area . Police believe this to be the work of the masked serial killer dubbed the "Slender Man" by the public and his accomplice young Thomas Delaney ... (As the news montage goes on Mark's mother storms out of the room with her husband to call her sister about the death of their son.  As Mark sits there in anger and frustration at the memories of the friend he once knew .) ... Arggghh ! (Mark runs off to his room . Once inside he receives a call from Rachel that he lets ring as the storm outsides thundering can be heard and the flashing lightning. Just then as the thunder booms again and another crack of the lightning. Mark turns around while sobbing on his bed to see Thomas standing behind him.) Mark I didn't mean to kill him.
You mean the same way you didn't mean to kill Simon or those cops or nearly Rachel ?!
(Inside Thomas mind he can hear Slender man speaking to him saying "Almost ? I could have killed her then if  I wanted to , we should remind him . Aye Thomas???". Thomas eyes nearly begin to turn black but he fights the transformation and he turns away to regain himself. He then turns around to renew the conversation.)  Mark I know your upset but ..
Don't pretend to know what I feel right now! You murdered my cousin ! Yeah he may have been a prick but good God Thomas he didn't deserve what you did ....and poor Simon what's your excuse for that huh? You just killed him for nothing and all he wanted to do was help!
I didn't kill Simon , he did ! This thing is inside  . It has a mind of it's own and I can't . I can't control it Mark.. I know you may see me as a monster but I need your help ... Please I'm scared !
(Just then Mark's Father bursts in asking who was he talking to ? As soon as the door was opened though Thomas was gone and Mark looked around and said ...) I was on the phone dad .
With who I heard you mention Thomas . Where is that murderous bastard is he in here ?! (Thomas listens to this in his invisible state with Slender in his ear the entire time saying "Ah look at them . They finally are showing their true colors . Just like sheep . When you need them most they scatter and leave you lying vulnerable.  I have an idea Thomas lets kill them both aye ?". Thomas continues to listen to Mark and his dad).  No dad he isn't here I promise .
If you catch that son of a bitch you better tell it . He's dangerous son . (Mark's father leaves the room).. You can come out now ..
(Thomas materializes)
I don't know exactly how to help you Thomas but I swear we will find a way ! Just give me a day to do some research .
Thanks Mark , and ... I'm sorry ... (Thomas fades out as Mark begins researching on his computer and Thomas slinks his way back to his Aunt's home into his room .)  Ah home sweet home aye Thomas ?

(Thomas realizes that the photo of him and his parents is missing and is what he came for besides his hoody. )  Looking for that old picture ? Your Aunt has it . Go wake her up im sure she'd love to see you....
(However Thomas's aunt is on her porch as one of the officers comes by to check on her and ensure Thomas hasn't come by. As Thomas goes into her room.)  MS.delaney I'm sorry about your boy. Ya know you never really know how these kids will turn out.
Officer I know my boy . Raised him from a toddler . That boy would never harm anybody . That man has my boy and you all failed him .
(With that the officer again consoled her as he left . However she hears movement upstairs in her bedroom and she heads up stairs to see. Meanwhile Thomas is looking for the photo. )  Where is it ??
IF it will give you some closure it's in the last drawer .
(Thomas reaches in and sees it and grabs it . The emotions of losing his parents begin to swell back up in him as he stares at the photo and begins to cry remembering what he has now become in the eyes of so many. Just then though his aunt comes into the room. And as she looks around she noticed the drawer was open and the photo removed and instinctively she called out for Thomas who hesitates to materialize ..As he and Slender speak in his mind again.) She never did tell you did she ?

(With that Slender has Thomas appear behind his Aunt scaring her shortly .) JESUS ... Oh Thomas boy where have you been? Are you alright ? Where did you come from ? Are you hurt ? Oh my God come here ! (Thomas's aunt warmly embraces him and in that moment Slender man chooses to reveal through their contact the memories of his Aunt . Thomas's mind is flooded by the old thoughts about the disappearance of his parents which was actually his father having murdered his mother . Thomas then sees his father drive him all the way to Florida on the run and drops off young Thomas to his aunt after explaining to her the situation and how she always wanted a kid ... Thomas's father kisses his forehead and leaves never to be seen again and Thomas then snaps out of it and pushes away from his aunt. ) You! ...You knew !?

NOT IMPORTANT ?! My entire life you lied to me . Saying you didn't know what happened to them and that they disappeared.  I knew . I always knew it had to be more! You lied to me !
(Just then she notices Thomas's eyes begin to transform black and witnesses as he turns into the horrible monstrosity .) OH YOU'VE DONE IT NOW GALE. (Thomas's Aunt stricken by fear falls to the floor and begins to gasp and back up in fear.) Thomas what happened to you?
What happened to me? The truth sometimes reveals itself in ugly ways now doesn't it ? All those years (Thomas begins walking towards her as she inches back ever so slightly .) waisted  believing your lie all that self trauma and depression I suffered! Why?!
Thomas I love you I always have I didn't tell you because i couldn't find it in my heart to tell you . You have to understand I didn't mean to hurt you. Your the best thing to ever happen to me.
You were always there... However you lied . Not because you loved me because if you did you would have told me the truth ! But you lied to hide your own sins . Your own evil.  Your own demons that were too scary for you to face . Now stop saving face and admit you just didn't want to go to jail . It was never about loving me you did it for yourself.

(Then in Thomas head Slender Man urges him to kill her and she will pay . ..) Think about it Thomas she may not have done a single thing right her entire life at least give her a death befitting her actions . Don't deny her , her last shot at redemption ...
(Just then Thomas looks at his petrified Aunt . A flurry of emotions welling up inside all at once. The woman who raised him , nurtured him and cared for him just practically admitted she covered over the murder of his mother and the escape of his psychotic father and she did nothing to tell him or give him closure. There however was a decision to be made and Thomas then abruptly grins revealing the faceless creature's serrated shadowy teeth and on his arm he forms a blade.) You hurt my heart And now ... I take your yours!!! (Thomas then proceeds to stab her in the chest killing her as her horrified screams fill the home and echoes out into the night. Officers respond almost immediately but discover her mangled body and in blood on the wall next to her ... " HE CAME TO HELP"!...)
