Chapter 5: The Phone Call

Tanner's P.O.V

"He what? Butchy motioned toward me. "You broke up with my little sister?! "Now listen." I tried to start. "No, I don't have to just get out!" Butchy yelled and then started hugging Leila. I got my clothes and left that very moment. I drove straight to Seacat's house. I knocked on his door. "What do I do? I asked him. "What? Seacat responded not knowing what's going on. "Check your damn phone." I said angrily. "Ok, ok. Geesh." He said looking down at his phone. "Aw, man i'm sorry. But to answer your question why don't you just call him?" "That's a good idea.." I grabbed out my phone and called Butchy. He answered.

Me: Hi

Butchy: What do you want to make her cry even more.

Me: I want to apologize. And tell her the reason I did that is because I like you.

Butchy: You like me?

Me: Yes I like you, that's why i'm jealous of Andrea and that's why I was staring at you while you watched Dead Island and that's the only reason I moved in. My house doesn't need fumigating. I just couldn't take it anymore. That's why I broke up with Leila and that was what i was gonna tell you after I told her...

Butchy was speechless. About 15 minutes after I hung up I heard a knock at the door. When I opened it someone pressed their lips to mine. And suddenly I didn't feel so unwanted.
