Unexpected surprise

After that day, Rin and I became closer every day.

We called and texted each other in every minute. One time when we texted each other, he "accidently" sent "I think about her so much that I can't sleep."  Thinking about who does Rin think about, I called him immediately and asked him. He said that it was supposed to be sent to the other person, so I shouldn't really care about it. It was really fishy, but I believe him.

Also, we did sleepovers so many times that both of our parents say that we are their unofficial child. And then there are some moments where Kaito gets jealous of Rin and threatens him. Which was hilarious, you should see Rin's scared face. Everyday seems perfect for me. Just being next to him makes me feel happy..

But then, what kind of feeling do I have for him?

~Time skip~

The sun was shining through my window as my alarm clock rang. I literally smash down my alarm clock and crawl to go to my closet and wore jeans and long-sleeved blue t-shirt with 'I like to party' written on it. Today is a special day for me. It is my birthday! I finally get to turn into 12! Very exciting!

I washed my face, ate breakfast, brushed my teeth and hair, and wore a coat, then ran outside with my backpack. I saw Makoto, who was in front of Haru's house to pick up Haru. I walked (for the first time) toward him. He heard my footstep and turned around to me and gave me a smile.

"Good morning (y/n)-chan! Happy 12th birthday!" he said

I smiled "Arigato Makoto!"

Then Haru came out of his front door, his expression cold as usual. I sighed with a smile. "Seriously Haru," I said "When are you gonna smile?"

"Shut up...." He said "Happy birthday...."

I smiled "Thanks Haru!" and I hugged him.

When us trio arrived at school, I wondered if Rin was there.

He better be. He was the one who was so hyped up for my birthday..... When I opened the door of the classroom, everybody said happy birthday to me, but one person didn't.

Rin.....

As a bell rang, I sat at my chair. When I look to his desk, it was empty. I got a bit depressed. As the class started and the teacher was teaching, only thing I could think is that why isn't he here?

After school, me, Haru, and Makoto went to our swim meet. It was not happy at all. Rin was not there........

After all the depressing events, I was walking home. Alone. I took out my phone and texted Rin

Hey, where were you today?

Me______4:56PM___

You weren't at school or practice.... Is something wrong??

Then I shut off my phone.

When I arrived at my house, I took a shower, did my homework, and went to bed. Rin still hasn't reply to me yet.... Urgh! What is wrong with him?! I just went to sleep. He is SOOOOO dead by me!
