The First morning
I woke up to a knock that the door. I glanced up to the clock to check to time. Through my blurry vision it looked like it said 5:56. Who ever it was, was up too early. The knock turned into pounds. I pulled myself out of bed and checked the door. I slowly opened it and someone sprung in. They slammed the door shut. Another knock. I opened it faster this time and two people rushed in. A coat of armor was pursuing them so that must be why they're running. I know I'm the closest to the hall to the kitchen and everything else but seriously?
One of the people was Gena. She was coughing and panting. The others were the snow expert and fire expert. Gena sat up and looked around my room. I noticed that they were holding water. And their faces had charcoal streaks.
- Sorry about this! I'm Red.!- She stuck out a charcoal colored hand. I shook of course.
- And I'm Snow!- Stuck out a hand the had a mitten tied around the wrist.
- Thank you for being polite but why the heck are you racing in my room during a dangerous time?- When I moved my nightgown swished around my ankles giving a weird feeling.
-Let me explain.- Gena said. - Red got to keep her lighter and was playing around with it.- Red looked a bit annoyed when Gena said played -She accidentally set her bed on fire so she decided to make her own fire place. Me who was sleeping in the dorm next to her got woken up by hearing her scream eat my flames. Soon it turned to the flames eating at about 3:00 o'clock. Snow who was on the other side started to panic because her room started to get heated up so we went to see the... Problem? Turned out her whole room was aflame so we rushed to the kitchen and got some of those fire safety blankets and put it out. After that we got distracted in the kitchen while we got water to recheck everything. The armor saw us and put up a chase.-
The room was dead silent then.
- Pretty much Red lite her room on fire so we helped her out.-
- I was cold. :)- Red sat innocently on my bed when a bell went off.
DING DONG DING DONG! IT IS NOW SAFE TO GO OUTSIDE OF YOUR DORMS!
-Bye.- the three walked out and to their personal rooms. I walked over to my bed and flopped down on it. In almost no time I feel in a deep sleep.
I woke up with a start. I checked the time. 6:34. Hmm. Better get ready. Last night before everyone went in their separate ways we all agreed to eat breakfast together at 7:00. That way we could see who was alive. Pretty cheerful huh? I felt relived to get of my nightgown. And get real cloths on. I had only a few selections. I pulled on a purple tee shirt with nothing special on it. I pulled on some grey pants that hugged my legs than pulled on my black and purple hoodie. I brushed my hair and teeth then checked the time. 6:58. Perfect. I walked out my door barefoot and walked down the hall. There we no lights in the hallway except little holes at the top of the walls in the cobble that had little bars over them.
That was the only light. So I headed down the long hallway of different rooms. Each door had a banner on it. I passed one of a little pixelated girl who loved cats. I think she told us to call her kitty... The banners showed who's room it was. I was sad that no one opened there door to go to breakfast. No... Sad isn't the word. I was a bit nervous walking down the dawn lite corders. I finally made it around the corner. This room was more well lite than the hallways. It was bigger and more open though. I pulled my hoodie around my face and began to sprint down. I passed the gym rustling its banner and nearly slammed face first into a coat of arms displaying sword and roses on it. Wonder what that family was like.
I dashed up to the most glorious thing in sight. The double doors with the big letters MESS HALL above it. I'm still gonna call it a cafe. I dashed through the doors. The only person who was there so far was the youngest girl. Cupa it think her name was? -Hi!-I walked over and sat next to her at the table she was at. She looked up at me and smiled.
More and more people came in and I was relived to see everyone. No murders yet. Just fire... I bit down into a croissant then munched down in some bacon. Who was I kidding? No ones going to kill each other! We'll find a way out!
Little did I know that thought would soon change...
