The Pictures
Every one was quiet. There was barley no talk. I was sitting next to Gena. I had the photo in my pocket. Did everyone else get a photo? Why did he say we won't die? I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. Storm stood up.
- Guys, I think we should show everyone each other our photos.- everyone nodded without saying a word.
I set mine in front of me and sat up. A walked over and looked at the picture to my left. At the place Sydney was standing.
Her photo was a scene of what looked like a slumber party except there were the boys. I was hitting Jude over the head with a pillow and Cupa was slashing at my legs. Shane and Jay were stuffing their faces with chips and Flame was trying to pry the bowl away from them. Gena, Kitty, Storm, and VC were eating Oreos while watching what looked like mean girls. Red and Snow were drinking soda and just sitting there looking like they were talking. That's weird though... Where's Sydney...
I walked over to Kitty's photo. It looked like an amusement park. There was a huge roller costar. Red was standing next to me and it looked like I was trying to get Gena to go with us. Jay was there too. Gena is scared of heights. Snow was eating a snow cone on a bench with Storm and VC. Except they were eating funnel cake. Flame, Cupa, Jude, Shane, and Sydney were playing a throw the dart at a ballon to win a prize. Kitty wasn't in the photo.
Next was Snow's photo. Were were all on sleds going down a huge hill. Everyone was fine except Jay and I collided into a tree at the same time and we were looking at the sky. VC and Storm who were on a double person sled were staring at us while they went by. Snow was nowhere to be found in it.
Jay was next. His photo was of a soccer field. There were two teams of six. A blue and a orange team. On the blue team was Gena as goalie, Shane, VC, Red, Me, and Sydney. On the Orange was Jude as goalie, Snow, Kitty, Storm, Cupa, and Flame. Cupa had the ball and looked like she was trying to avoid Sydney and Red. Gena was picking flowers in the net. But I didn't find Jay.
Shane's photo was just a picture of all of us. We were sitting in a classroom. The same way we sat in the one we woke up in...
Everyone's picture was unique but I noticed something in each one. Certain people were near each other. Like Gena and kitty were often chatting to each other in the photos. I was next to Jude a lot like we were really good friends. I found other groups. Sydney, Snow, and Cupa were often together. Storm and VC. Shane , Jay, and Red too.
While I was examining Storms photo I didn't notice people leaving. When I was the only person left I heard something from the kitchen . I heard something like a muffled scream and ran in. I couldn't believe my eyes.
